~ Rambling Wuhan Flu Fiasco: being alive in strange times,

These ramblings....I am officially out of the Wuhan Flu mix on this, my only advice is the wild herbs I have been exploring are helpful. Develop an exit strategy from the world of dust. Although it may seem cowardly, people throughout history when political situations have reached a turning point, have made the decision to return in a basic fundamental way to live a simple life, to community, into their deepest held beliefs and faith. Now is such a time. The Wuhan Flu is a politically staged event, the deplatforming of political dissidents, the masks, plastic plexi-glass screens, cellophane plastic wrap, the shutdowns, slow downs, closures, the science, the talking head medico politicos, all 100% fake. Fake, fake, fake. The only thing not fake is the cost, and you will be paying the bill for decades. You will be paying for soon to come hyper inflation, loss of savings. You will pay the social cost for the police state surveillance, loss of your constitutional freedoms, destruction of small independent business, homelessness, war, the end of authentic elections.
You can get through this by relying on God and on natural plant remedies provided by Creator. Use and apply your faith in God, spirit, Creator. The plants God has given, share them, make them known as you are able, I will do the same. Do no harm, and provide the plants to all who have interest. What is most helpful is to re-invest in your path and live a life close to your path, close to God the Creator because of the weird, uncertainty of events so far. Once guaranteed rights are abrogated, suspended for no legitimate cause, a relationship is officially broken. That is where we are today, Act accordingly with kindness respect and dignity.
Mass media that you have access to is blatantly politicized. What this means is that the most simple and basic information about the Wuhan flu is not given. The most simple basic fundamental facts, statistics, you name it, about the Wuhan flu are with held from you. Transmission is oral/fecal, droplet, contact and in close combined spaces aerosol. So if you wanted to design a space with the highest possible risk for transmission it would be an indoor enclosed modern public space like a submarine or cruise ship, an airplane, or any modern building with its sealed windows and closed ventilation system which would continuously recirculate the virus. Like a modern hospital? Yes any modern public space where people are sick, held against their will, unable to leave, prison, hospital, would be perfect to spread the Wuhan flu. Can you catch the Wuhan flu from a toilet seat? Absolutely possible you can. Where ever a vector of transmission exists then it is reasonable to assume oral-fecal, droplet, and contact are in the mix and appropriate precautions to be taken. Because it is reasonable if a infected fecal-oral vector was produced as a transmission vector, then that is a viable pathway regardless of what the media says. Since the virus is shed in fecal matter, can you get Wuhan flu by contacting contaminated water, swimming and then ingesting contaminated water establishing a fecal-oral vector in something like a swimming pool, lake, river, or stream or by drinking contaminated drinking water? Would it be reasonable to think bodies of water with previous documented e-coli contamination should be understood as possible vectors? absolutely. Can you acquire this Wuhan flu virus by eating food that someone prepared without adequate safe handling technique, in the same ways that other food born virus' are spread? Absolutely...as with entero virus, past pandemics as polio, if there is an active fecal-oral vector route of transmission, then it is reasonable to assume. Yet a vector of transmission is not the same thing as fear. Whatever normal hygienic practices were effective against other viruses will be affective against this virus. It does point out the problematic nature of nosocomial infections and the stupidity of forcing healthy persons to be sequestered in their modern homes, remaining indoors where contamination is greatest. The best place to be to avoid infection is outside, in the open air, in sunshine, rain, wind, in short in a natural condition. The enclosed ventilation system, wrapped in plastic, energy efficient with sealed windows American terrarium is probably the worst place that you could be with this pandemic. Like all influenza outbreak's there will be things in common with this one and one of those things is influenza outbreak's decrease during the spring and summer when people are more outside and also the key point of vitamin D serum levels which is rarely mentioned in the media. And yet these basic facts which are well-known both within the coronavirus family and with the specific Wuhan flu virus is not mentioned or in anyway discussed in the media. Why? Because the media and information sources are politicized for a particular political agenda. Information sources are controlled by social media algorithms rather than accuracy or even heartfelt intensity in each social media community. The deplatforming of political dissidents, the algorithms that determine who has a voice are the problem. The politicalization of information is the problem. This pandemic will be bridged and resolved as all former pandemics have been bridged and resolved. Through basic hygiene, herd immunity, and a return and advocacy for clean water, nourishing food, and the basic right and obligation to allow people to exist and advocate for themselves regardless of race, ethnicity, or position within the global economic zone. And for that reason you need to as Paul the apostle said, work out your salvation with fear and trembling. No one is going to do this for you. Believe and do.
Believe and do...I think if I was honest in all this, it would be an expletive rant with every other word being the F word so I tried to clean it up a bit but my basic viewpoint is that this hysterical delusional fiasco is nothing more than a nation, and a world that has been Facebook-ed up, taken for a ride into the mind of a paranoid schizophrenic globalist worldview that will only end in more individual rights and freedoms being taken away as part of this hysterical mass media process, well the virus will resolve as all viruses have resolved, with herd immunity and the survival of the heroic ancestral spirit as best as it can in strange times. While at the same time information that could save lives is withheld from the public. Instead it's endless politics and left versus right in the soft cultural war, can't we call a truce for at least let's say 60 days? Instead we're told about respirators and economic stimulus and to remain indoors but no one is told the fact that many people already have herd immunity that the virus was probably in community since October 2019.
From the beginning I had hoped that there would be a return to regional control of events, a return to traditional Christian values that were once at the core of our understanding and a peeling back of the huge federal government to allow specific regions to control their fate and destiny. It seems that the exact opposite has occurred, and rather than tradition, a return to sanity, paranoia and a bizarre mindset is overtaking the country fueled by their Intra-nets and the new onset of social mediazation of America. Only time will tell if the Corona Wuhan flu will temper the grandiose delusional dreams of empire and bring real nationhood, local control of goods, to this turtle island between the Atlantic and Pacific. However I expect it will not. The problem is that now a sizable amount of people no longer trust, the news media, the politicians of the left or right, and the global elite oligarchs with their message of a universal economic zone, meaning A sizable amount of people will be reconsidering what they do, and who they do it with, in light of this Wuhan Flu. I feel that for some of those who were unable to advocate for their birth identity groups publicly in the public space previous to this Wuhan flu, a lot of those people will be rethinking their choices after the quarantine. We are being asked to socially isolate, practice social distancing, no public entertainment, spend time with our families, sounds like Shabbat Shalom, old fashioned Sunday? Sounds like keep the sabbath day holy. Sounds like the Ten Commandments, it also sounds like banned speech, because Christians have bought into the mindset of liberalism in America. Sabbathday, Shabbat, Sunday, Saturday, that's all part of the new speech guideline dynamics. Whatever, pray on, sabbath on brother and sister.
These are some points of departure: the covid19 is not only a crisis of pandemic but a crisis in health care delivery, viral tests that are positive state that anywhere from 75-90% of persons without co-morbidities age 1-age 65, have few symptoms, including no symptoms.
(CDC #'s 30%lower) John Hopkins U stats 153,000 positives 2800 deaths mortality 1.8% in those positive test cases.

What do the stats mean?
It means that the only way such a large percentage of people in the US encountered the virus with either asymptomatic or no significant symptoms, ie a normal influenza immune response with recovery~ it would indicate Covid19 is 1)not a novel virus,
or 2)at least a high percentage of people's immune system's recognize it as similar enough to existing previously encountered corona virus infectious strains to mobilize effective immune response.
or 3) a fairly similar corona virus has already been present in the US community and a significant portion of the population presently has immune recognition.
Therefore there already exists in healthy individuals adequate immune response.
What of the 10% of population, without previous immunity, compromised immune response, age greater than 85, pre-existing co-morbidity? Well obviously these are the people who should be quarantined. School aged children or adults less than 70 without co-existing conditions should not be quarantined as evidenced by risk outcome.
What should medical authorities be testing for? They should continue Covid19 testing, and focus on testing blood titre anti-bodies to demonstrate previous exposure, begin strict quarantine for at risk populations, strictly ration care to populations with poor outcomes and triage to hospice setting. Restrict access to acute care hospitals for poor outcome, aged, immune compromised, co-morbidity Covid19 positive patients, provide compassionate hospice, centers rather than ICU care. Regardless of viewpoint, in actuality, the triage of poor outcome patients will always take priority in a health care crisis.
Be set apart, ok. To be honest with yinz guys, this was my plan all along. I have been thinking about keeping a distance for a while now. No not because of any universal medical truth, not because of an invisible microbe that got us y'all infected. Not because of some kind of weird sudden onset pandemic flu spread by unknown mysterious droplets in the air, by coughing, sneezing, touching door knobs, No, i have been thinking about being set apart because you, your policies of refusing to have borders, everything's for sale, the denial of significant portions of the community the right to mobilize and advocate for their group concerns due to hate speech rules, everybody encouraged to pop the freely available psych med pills, kids don't know if they are boys or girls, let me ask, '¿you're proud of that?' Are you proud of a situation where because of supposed civil rights and strategies of the soft cultural warfare, large portions of the people are legally unable to advocate for themselves as a group based on the concept of minority rights, which plays in to the whole globalist notion that makes citizens prisoners in a universal economic zone? You think it's better to give your 8 year old child amphetamine salts, mood stabilizers, anti-depressants for life, till death do us part rather than discipline him or her, and it is him or her, stupid. The government funded schools have to some degree been taken over by educated ideologues masquerading as teachers. The political process orchestrated by the dominant culture media will not permit my group identity to be represented by law or public gatherings. While at the same time supporting the rights of other identity groups to advocate for their members in congressional caucus, employment associations, and communicate via online social media. This situation is class warfare and a major talking point for the globalists. It has produced a profound dissatisfaction with engagement and participation in the public sphere. The teaching at school being a socially transformative message designed to produce a narrow philosophical world view. Schools designed to produce advocates for soft class warfare. I also feel it's difficult to invest in a society that does not acknowledge the legality of my right to identify and advocate for my cultural group, while establishing the rights of other groups to advocate. That same mindset of soft cultural warfare seems to be alive and well with all the social media flu and paranoid decision making process that has overtaken us. So yeah I have been thinking about social distancing. Distancing from what has become a garbage dump culture where making ends meet is dissatisfying. So I don't want to live in dense crowded conditions with people I don't want to be around and more importantly don't want to be around me. Sure let's distance. Let's just say, we had a break up and we are going separate ways. The break Up however occurred long before the pandemic, the pandemic was only a wake up call to action.

There seems to be a possibility based on Dr Helen Chu's Seattle Flu Study, that the Covid19 virus was community based in parts of the US as of Jan/Feb 2020. Was it present earlier? Was it present in Wuhan at the time the World Military Games occurred in October 2019? If so was it community spread from that date, both by citizens of Wuhan and brought back by participants? At this point I honestly don't care where the virus came from, how long it was here or how it got here. I just want to get on and move on and live my life in a little teeny tiny way with grace. Do the things that I can do and just continue with authenticity and free of the weird paranoia that has overtaken my people in my nation. I am honestly done with the paranoid schizophrenic philosophy that to me is the real virus. I am not saying it's spread was intentional by any parties, yet evidence is there that bio-researchers did have a hand in it's release. It's a virus, virus' have and will be spread in human groups rapidly given the nature of, global air travel, congested living spaces, open borders, and the modern world of global commerce and travel of goods and people, a US military global presence around the globe with continuous troop rotations, and as the Wuhan Flu has now been documented to have a fecal route of transmission like polio, cholera and diphtheria in swimming pools, and contaminated water. I am just done with it. I am done with the updates. I am absolutely done with every person being some type of medical expert now, quoting mass media dominant culture globalist sources. I don't even believe entirely in the narrow view of medicine and those medical models of disease. I don't even know if it is a virus. The social lockdown is a social political decision it is not the virus. It's the same hegemony of ideas, the strict control of the spread of ideas, in a word censorship of thought. I don't really care if it's a virus. I'm just done with it. Oh, and one more thing I don't wanna vaccine, I don't want to mandatory vaccine. And if I die I'm happy with that I'm not gonna live in a hole in a concrete bunker afraid of everything I touched because it's contaminated. If you want to live the life your OCD philosopher, medical genius and chief advises, go for it. I am done with it. In Wuhan and throughout China there is combination of western medicine with TCM, traditional Chinese medicine which was used to address the disease process. None or a little of this information is being shared in the dominant culture media. What continues is the blackout of information from other sources.
Yes I acknowledge there are heroic nurses doctors and people working in healthcare right now addressing the out-of-control situation in various places like New York City. Let's be pessimistic and blunt, there are going to be vast areas of the United States which are virtually unaffected by the situation by this virus. And there are going to be crowded cities that become no-go economic zones of poverty with no healthcare access and no beds available in places like New Orleans, Chicago Detroit you're going to have cities in that left-behind part of the country turn into nightmares. While this nation was building its bubble housing market, bubble stock market, allowing certain groups to publicly advocate for themselves as a group while denying other groups from advocating for themselves in the public space, and inviting the whole world to come and live in America, there were people that were already here that were neglected, scourged with drugs, without access to nourishing food in their grocery stores, and basically a lost generation of Americans, not going to come back. I still don't buy into a military medical police state. All I can say is, don't push too far, it may be the Wuhan flu but this isn't Wuhan.
There are political and deep deep differences in mindset with the people living between the Atlantic and Pacific on this turtle island. There are just as as many heroes in grocery stores, delivering mail, truck drivers, warehouse workers as in healthcare. The only difference is healthcare workers get inflated beyond what they're worth based on this whole private insurance scam/private healthcare system. This whole glorification of the medical establishment is just a fake front to protect the huge profits that occur in a private medical system. I know I work in the system as a registered nurse since the early 2000s. I know what it's about, I know how it turns, and it's all about money, and it's all about the inflated private insurance versus government healthcare medical fraud competing private healthcare fiefdoms unable to cooperate competing for profits. And I want to make it clear that a lot of that so-called profit that comes in as monies charged for healthcare is out right theft. It comes from a combination of our corrupt private insurance system, doctors and nurse practitioners who misdiagnose to protect their handlers, and the various individuals who work at these private hospital systems fleecing the federal and state governments billions of dollars to line their pockets with stolen money design for healthcare, that instead goes to these private hospital ownership boards.
The reason why nurse practitioners and doctors misdiagnose as part of their practice to line the pockets of the private healthcare system is a complex issue. One of the issues is the foreign doctors, Who have no allegiance to America, that populate the healthcare system, these foreign doctors and nurse practitioners who flock to the United States to participate in this rip off business many are nothing more than carpet baggers. ¿Let's face it if you went to Pakistan, or Kenya, or Nigeria, or one of these Third World nations do you think that you as an American would be allowed to attend university there and become a doctor? absolutely not! ¿Do you really think that there are no native born Americans candidates for medical school? ¿Do you think that there are not enough Americans willing to become nurse practitioners in America that we have to encourage foreign born persons to populate our medical system? This again is part of that open borders come one come all philosophy that's poisoning our country. Poisoning our healthcare system. If they had any loyalty to their own people they would be in their own countries helping them, they're not. They are here to cash in, part of the rip off process. The other big issue is when an American nurse practitioner or doctor graduates from school, most of them have huge debt, so for the first 5 to 10 years of practice they are in some type of medical debtors prison. They are in that sense morally in debt and they are not free to criticize the system. They are under the weight of a huge debt, it will be on them for the next 5 to 15 years. If you are a doctor a nurse, a nurse practitioner, respiratory therapist or anyone involved in the healthcare system or you know the fraud is happening but you don't say anything because your salary is built upon that system and you don't want to cut off the cash cow that's paying your bills and it is as simple as that. It reminds me of the NFL, national football league with the CTE issue. Anyone who plays football knows that CTE is part of the process of playing football in America but because of huge salary, the huge money from television advertisements people watch 300 pound men run into each other full speed ahead, as a televised past time and entertainment. These people are all now suffering from CTE. Many of the NFL teams are 85% black, while the owners of those teams are 90% maybe 100% black. No one will do anything about it because of the race aspect. Race by the way doesn't exist it is a social construct. And the money aspect, who's going to kill NFL football? Exactly like this private healthcare system funded by the corrupt insurance industry which is really a pay for play racket, and the available monies that come in from both state and federal government Medicare private state funds designed for healthcare being misused. This fraud is causing unnecessary death and unnecessary fear in our country at the present time. The place where I work as an RN, I would describe it as centered in fraud to coax more money from the government to line the pockets of the owner of the private hospital. This goes on all over the country. Little private medical fiefdoms, private hospitals not cooperating for healthcare, cooperating for profit, and using the US welfare state to line their pockets with quick cash. So yeah I guess I'll be, distancing myself from that too. Working in that system was such a fake, play time, easy money world. The only reason I did it was for the Cha ching, for my inflated hourly wage. The only reason I was being paid that way was because of the medical fraud money coming in. In every check that I received from healthcare part of the money I received was a pay off to keep quiet and not say anything about the silliness that went on in that rip off environment. Working as a doctor, nurse, respiratory therapist and nurse practitioner in healthcare today is all about keeping quiet. The money salary a large part of which is hush money to keep quiet and let the system keep rolling along lining profits, for the for profit healthcare industry. That various governments including both the US, China and other nations have done research and development on bio weapons is a sad fact. More than a sad fact it is a stupid fact. It is also a sad fact that two biological research laboratories Who were possibly involved in bio weapons research, were active in the same area where the virus first begin. Why would you want to develop biological weapons that can kill people? what kind of madness consumed you, that would direct you to even approach that idea. War is big business. Yet there is a truth that various governments around the world have invested in the manipulation of viral and bacterial methods to kill, to kill the enemy. So at this point I have to say that if there are nations and groups of nations that are involved in this type of covert deadly activity? The end game of that is to make it difficult for me to pledge allegiance to the flag, sorry. Because the so called owners of the flag have stolen the flag. I no longer want to be involved in a national, international death culture. If you want to be involved in a International death culture cult, that for me is a kind of mutual suicide society, then my my advice to you? If your whole world is that delusional, based on social mass media hysteria, Go for it brother. Do it sister but I'm not going there. I also acknowledge that scientists have done work in the field of virology, bacteria, that has benefited others in the creations of medicines and vaccines it seems that everything we do is in someway a mix of good and bad of light and dark of the beneficial and the deadly. I think I just put that in there so that people will think I'm not against science but to be totally honest with you, this whole messing around with the inner workings of life to me is garbage. Whether it's GMO created seeds, and farm crops, food and laboratory. Whether it's the meat industry that relies on antibiotics and produces antibiotic resistant bacteria that spread to our environment. Whether it's a fantasy fairytale of eternal economic growth that has become our national race to oblivion. It's like the whole world has decided to be Dr. Frankenstein and build Towers of Babel is the best thing that we can possibly do. ¿Like dude, what are you thinking? The nefarious nature of competing nations with bio, nuclear, chemical, and conventional weapons, threatening, taunting each other is bizarre and grotesque. The current situation in Iran US relations illustrates this. We have Iran in Wuhan Flu meltdown crisis yet economic sanctions hindering the well being of the country have as yet to be lifted. Look I think Israel is a great place to be but I don't want our people to come back in body gags. ¿Does that make me an anti-Semite? The US states the sanctions don't block food or medicine. The Iran ruling clerics have refused medical help from the US claiming that the virus was developed by the United States and stated the medicine offered may be poison meant to prolong the crisis. Enough already, if this is a real and not manufactured human crisis, then the situation requires compassion and suspension of previous ideological views. Let the Iranian people have their destiny, their victory, their defeat. If the United States wishes to survive, and that is a large if, then it must accept the rules of the game have changed. Yet it appears obvious that for our dear leaders the rules of the game have not changed. Failed militaristic goals for world dominance must be abandoned. Good luck, it'll never happen. However I think we all know that the quest for world domination and influence will continue with ourselves being pawns in their bazaar games. The ideology of controlling and managing the behavior of sovereign nations must cease. These Global overtures squander the possibilities that we have here at home in America. The energy and time of nation of an individual of a group of individuals is limited and must be focused in such a way that maximizes the benefits to those directly involved. Our own inept response to this crisis illustrates we need to occupy and maintain our own geographical space between the Atlantic and Pacific first and foremost. It feels like the leaders of America are in a relationship. They have an attractive vital beautiful person directly in front of them. However rather than engage with that person face-to-face in a romantic interlude, America would rather watch pornography and engage in some type of mutual masturbation.

Again beyond ridiculous, it's disgusting these traitors to our nation should not only be thrown from office, but arrested as criminals and perhaps even more be tasked to justice. I am sick of it. This was about 10-15 years ago, my friend walked out to the shed one night a little drunk, to get a beer in a fridge we had out there for cold drinks. it was dark. He came back limping. i said, 'what happened?' He said, 'I stepped on a board with a nail in it.' So naturally we got out the mahonia, made a poultice with prickly pear and old man's beard, went heavy on the red root. No problem. Then i noticed friend after friend, old lovers, young kids, panhandlers at the circle K, all walking with a limp. All with the same story. Then went to the car, after a concert, saw a movie, went to work and on the way out, or the way back home, boom. Suddenly, without warning, big accident, they stepped on a board with a nail sticking out. i could see them at airports, shopping, limping and hobbling around. They all had the same story, 'stepped on a nail.'. They all had a special walking boot, with a cool logo, from the foot-nail treatment centers that were sprouting up on everywhere. Everybody was getting treatment, everyone was stepping on these boards with protruding nails. Famous movie, tv stars, rappers, politicians all had the same issue, they accidentally stepped on a nail and now were getting help for this epidemic. Now 15 years later, thank God we have public treatment centers. No one could say where it started. That's not entirely correct, there were violent, crazy hate filled individuals that criticized the treatment centers and of course they were arrested or treated at different treatment centers. They weren't allowed to have access to social media, their names, places of work, pictures were published on the same YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram that banned them. They were exposed of course to protect the people getting help at the nail foot centers, NFS, around the country. Imagine how sick a person would have to be to prevent suffering people with nails in their feet from getting the help that was not only a right but now an obligation. Of course today, again thank God, you can get help for stepping on a nail. In fact if you suspect a loved one, someone on social media, anyone really, take a picture with your cell phone, you can call the police. Police teams will arrive in their shiny SUV's and do a quick walking exam. If a person has a limp or any foot pain, they can be taken to a NFS, nail foot treatment center. They will get help even if they don't recognize they have stepped on a nail. As an example my partners mother owned a beautiful house in the foothills, her mother was in her 70's and didn't recognize the signs and symptoms of NFS, nail-foot. The scary thing was, she didn't even know she was sick. So my partner who loved her Mom and her beautiful house in the foothills, who by that time had already gotten treatment, was in recovery and working at a NFS center. Her mom was whisked off in the middle of the night, was taken by the police to a NFS treatment center, handcuffed, taken to a center. Now she's in a residential NFS program for boomers getting the help she deserves. She was seen by Dr Krishna Abdullah who came all the way from the kingdom of Qtar to the desert to help us fight this epidemic in the valley. We are living now in her mother's house, it seems the untreated nail-foot syndrome took its toll and she is unable to leave the treatment facility. Sometimes we see Dr K Abdullah who lives nearby drive by in his black SUV. Abdullah is such an improvement over the doctors i saw as a child. I remember Dr Kazmyrski who our family saw, he would be chomping on an unlit cigar. He had a cooler with 7oz bottles of Coca-Cola, with a bottle opener on the side. He had little tiny wooden rocking chairs for kids that creaked on the wooden floor. He had a young lady with blonde hair who worked there and she would take your temperature with a glass thermometer that she would shake, place in your mouth, hold it to the light, then give you a lollipop. Everyone knew Dr Kaz always gave the girls on the hill a job as his nurse. If you were really sick Dr Kaz would come to your house with his doctors bag. I can remember him sitting at the kitchen table smoking his cigar and sipping 101 wild turkey Kentucky bourbon whiskey. Thank God today the police and firefighters are almost like doctors. You have Dr Abdullah and the police, the first responders and don't have to worry about cigars, bourbon, or blonde haired nurses, it feels much safer.

You should know how to prepare them. Gather fresh elder leaf and dry, 1:5 ratio dried herb to 50% alcohol, the same with dried lobelia. If you are using fresh herbs then increase the alcohol percentage. You may also use apple cider vinegar or wine for the herbs. You should do the ginger and tumeric together add a little honey. You can also add honey to the other vinegars. The elder leaf is best dry as it's too strong fresh, although some use it fresh, i do not. i would keep all the herbs separate except for the ginger/tumeric. You'll be meeting people soon who can help you find them and prepare them.
a bushy y'all, Sambucus nigra, elder, all leafed out, at about 2200 feet. Gather leaf and dry, tincture 1:5 with about 40-50% alcohol, for kids go with vinegar or wine. Fresh leaf tastes too strong, drying takes care of most of the nausea, still leaving the compounds that help with cough. It is warming, sweating, urination and promotes bowel movement - so pay attention to hydration while using.
What i found is the cough is dry, unproductive that produces wheeze in/out. The sickness feels damp but has a cool edge for now. The lobelia loosens phlegm and helps with get mucus running, so it doesn't settle. Enables breathing. Ginger-tumeric is a servant herb and a mover. If breathing becomes impacted go to ma-huang or our native ephedras- or roll a smoke with mullein and dry well aged datura, one or two puffs.
The elder promotes urination, sweating, bowel movement- so be careful not to get too dry. Lay in direct sun 11am-3pm naked for up to 1 hour or more as per skin type to get vitamin D- don't be afraid of the sun, this is unique situation and you need sun, even if you are blonds.
For kids- all the herbs can be made acetum vinegar and honey, or wine. Again this is unique situation so throw out idea of not giving wine or alcohol to kids, they will need to get these herbs in their body. Be well and don't give into fear.

Salvia columbariae, square stemmed mint family, Lamiaceae, nice plant for it's mucilaginous seeds. Has a pleasant skunky smell. Often you find this plant by smell. Coming up now in abundance on rocky ledges. The roots have interesting properties. The young leaves stems and flowers can be eaten whole as a energizing spring tonic. Turned a corner and suddenly it was everywhere, one of the better plants to hang with. It has a tendency to elongate time so a few hours becomes several days. It happens quick with this one, no time to waste.

Berberis nervosa, dwarf Oregon grape, cascade barberry, family Berberidaceae. Found of 2nd growth Doug fir, western red cedar where there are openings and patches of sun. Grows to about 1-3 feet high, bright shiny compound leaves, holly like, sharply toothed lacking the strong prominent center leaf vein of Berberis aquifolium , the taller species. Both have the bitter, sweet, cooling, salty berries. Abundant plant stands all parts of plant, leaf, root, berries are used- these roots are close to the ground and runners are found similarto Berberis repens. Goes as far east as Idaho. Mainly coastal with red cedar.
