Bioregional Vitalism and the Spring Equinox Revelations

Wild Herb Ways: Bioregional Vitalism and the Spring Equinox Revelations

Wild Herb Ways: Bioregional Vitalism and the Path

Executive Summary

The "Wild Herb Ways" framework, primarily articulated here by Paul Manski, in written form, is a workable repeatable practice rooted in a practical deep ecological small group process and represents a workable, repeatable synthesis of deep ecological small learning re-learning groups, rooted within bioregional herbalism, learned and practiced in the American southwest. Manski frequently references the primarily 'magical realism' literary approach often sentient in the southwest. Paul Manski did not originate the practice or the lexicon but learned it through teachers such as John J Slattery, Michael Cottingham, Mimi Kemp, Donna Chesner and students of Michael Shaw Moore sharing insights gained from face to face small group encounters with these teachers. Manski further focuses his own traditionalist Tridentine Latin mass Catholic Christianity, with direct learning, experiences and transmission within both Rinzai Zen and Hindu yoga, from residing for years at ashrams and zendos practicing eastern therapeutic body movement practice. European ancestral vitalism with small group experiential practice therapeutic work informs his framework for study and small group deep ecological based experiential learning in the American southwest that Manski calls "Turtle Island" within his 'magical realism' comprehensive teaching learning frame designed to heighten small group solidarity herbalism.  In addition Manski integrates his western "medical model" clinical experience and training as a licensed RN.

At its core, the work is small group experiential practice. Manski in his writing. posits that small groups must gather, venture, and regroup into the ecosystem of person, plant and place. The process is small group: gather, venture and share within what John J Slattery calls the "4 directional model" of authentic plant study. Paul Manski writes throughout his blog that bio-learning demands a liberation ethic of a journey out of self limiting modernity which is currently "compromised" and "traumatized" by a mechanized, technology-driven culture that forms alienated self individuals alienated from their small group inherent biospirit nature. Manski posits the welcoming small group as "tool-using social animals" members with innate wellness tendencies can form a homeostasis model self-thus, self-modulating stability and well-being mode of study.

For Paul Manski Sobriety is a key practice for biospirit unfoldment. Sobriety is a mandatory foundational practice for well being unfoldment. Maintaining sobriety is a key core component value. The culture of "experimental drug use" is a form of "degeneracy of experience" and is viewed as an intentional "erasure of Western norms" for the purpose of control and disempowerment.

The remedy proposed is a "radically peaceful" return to "sitting with plants"—an experiential, intuitive practice of reconnecting with the local landscape (specifically the Southwestern "Turtle Island" bioregion) through intimate small group workshops called the "oral tradition". This practice is not merely medicinal but biospiritual, advocating for "Wellbeing" and the "Common Good" as defined by experiences aided by Aristotelian and Thomistic philosophy. Key takeaways include:

  • Biospiritual Vitalism: The belief that all life is animated by a divine spark and that healing requires an experiential descriptive "is" "root shift" in experiential consciousness rather than a proscriptive "should be" "heroic" focus on symptoms.
  • Bioregional Identity: A rejection of abstract, proscriptive belief identities in favor of local descriptive experiential identity, face-to-face community grounded in specific watersheds and mountain ranges.
  • Traditionalist Synthesis: The synthesis of the Virgin Mary completed as the fulfilled "Madre de Dios" "Mother of God" with localized and European archetypes (e.g., "Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe", "Changing Woman" "Pachamama" "Santa Teresita"and "Europa") a 500 year tradition in new world Catholicism to form  "Earth Mother" and Sky Father" figures central to experiencing "folk" place in the bioregion, person, plant and place.
  • Techno-cultural Critique: A warning that modern "entertainment" media forms a sub-conscious mythology. While exploitative technology (drones, AI, video games) function as "negative programming" non-experiential,  sub-conscious vicarious memories which sabotage subconscious thought "ok-ing" the violence of for profit mechanized war. Sub-conscious thought is an automatic process.  "negative programming" non-experiential, sub-conscious vicarious memories as entertainment are designed to erase ethnic and spiritual heritage to support hegemony of the uni-verse vs multi-polarity of the multi-verse of place.

I. The Practice of "Sitting with Plants"

Person, plant and place. One foundational method of "Wild Herb Ways" and people seeking deeper relationship as small groups undergoing experiential training is the small group together action corridor of "sitting with plants." "sitting with plants" is a small group practice created and utilized by bioregional vitalist John J Slattery who developed the practice, theory and lexicon. Manski describes this as a small group experiential exchange of energy between the actually present small group of persons and the actual botanical world as "person, plant and place" as per Slattery, present as both a solo and group together practice. Sitting with plants involves a small group practice which centers on what Slattery calls "listening  to the whole terrain". Then sharing the experiential insights within the trusting circle in what Slattery, Dolores LaChapelle, Mimi Kemp and Donna Chesner called the "talking stick" approach. This is then expanded as more experienced elders present within the small group circle add botanical specifics, historical herbal history known as "plant story" and clinical herbal notes. During the process, if appropriate to the plant, herbal teas maybe be brewed on site on portable stoves, herbal glycerides or tinctures passed around, or small portions of the above ground plant may be sampled in a process Slattery calls organoleptic testing. Participants are eased into the process of using and becoming familiar with specific herbal lexicon to describe the "taste, smell, texture, color, and botanical attributes".

A. Methodology of Connection

  • Intuition and Presence: Practitioners are encouraged to experience the actual place, the "whole terrain" of the small group encounter and enter the "present moment place" through honing observational skills, focused breathing and "organoleptic" study (tasting, smelling, touching) in the small group workshops therapeutic environment of a specific bioregional place.
  • BioSpiritual Introduction: The process for Paul Manski often involves repetitive litany prayer (specifically to male and female forms of God within the Father Sky and the Blessed Mary Earth) and an introduction of oneself to the plant, entering the place, explaining the intention to help one's community.
  • The "Verb" of Medicine: Medicine is defined not as a noun (a commodity to be bought) but as a verb—a process, an active "connection" that cannot be "bought" though can be facilitated in the small group. -as per herbalist Michael Cottingham

B. Core Concepts

  • Focus on small group circle: The small group, face to face, IRL learning formative experiential learning mode which Paul Manski describes as "herbmaxxing".
  • As above so below: The vitalizing principle "out there" is active and operant "in here"
  • as well as within the small therapeutic group practice circle of person, plant and place. The present here now monment  is one model to facilitate loving becoming in the bioregion of mountains, watersheds as bioregion. -as taught by Dolores LaChapelle at the way of the mountain center Silverton, Colorado
  • Multiverse vs. Universe: The "situation unfoldment" can be experienced as specific place as a "many-storied" multiverse of multipolarity, rejecting the "hegemony" of a single dominant narrative or power. Each person to be fully authentic must be specific fully here, fully now within a bioregion of person, plant and place.
  • Tool-Using Social Animals: Human beings are defined by their nature to use tools and function most effectively in the small group. Manski argues this small group nature called by poet Gary Snyder, the "real work", has been "hijacked" within a state-ism by trauma for mechanized war and violence, requiring a peaceful extension of small group energy to reclaim it within the remedio.
  • Vitalist Sovereignty: Vitalism is defined as harmony with naturally present "as above so below" forces and energetic relationships present in both the living landscape which he calls the localism and sovereignty of one's body-spirit, hence "biospirit" and immediate small group based community functioning as a wellbeing imperium.

"In Ayurveda a person with kapha dominance tends to be overweight, sluggish and tends to present with allergic reactions, congested, stuck mucus and may suffer from depression. Depression in the sense of limitation on activity, suppression, decrease, inactivity, I think the key point here is depression. And I will address this soon in terms of the Gestalt approach to illness. Because while chronic inflammation has a metabolic and physical cause it manifests as a decrease in activity and this is called in Ayurvedic medicine, kapha dominance. So this kapha dominant formula addresses the multi-factorial processes of inflammation.

This kapha dominance could best be understood as a person with chronic systemic inflammation. One of the key points of inflammation is that it manifests as loss of proper function in a particular area of the body or in a particular organ  system and I think this would be a good working definition, nonjudgmental for what is often turned depression.
Depression is precisely that, a depression in physical activity. A decrease in physical activity means you are doing less hence being less, becoming less. A decrease in the essential inner life of the person. As unitary beings a sustained decrease in physical activity tends to spill over into lowered vital force. We as westerners have inherited a frame of reference identified by Descartes. 'Cogito ergo sum', I think therefore I am. Yet Descartes did not create a separation. He noticed, identified a separation. He noticed it within and with his thinking perception. The separation is actually there in the dual hemispheric mammalian brain. This separation is due to an actual left right hemispheric process in our human brain. This split identified by Descartes is due to the hemispheric processing mechanism of the brain, left right. This divided symmetry is present in everything we do. We can encapsulate this situation by saying, we have two hands left and right with a single heart. If you learned to write old style cursive with your right hand, then break your right hand, so it is in a cast, you won't be able to write cursive with your left hand. It is as if your right hand belongs to a person who writes cursive and your left hand belongs to another person who never learned cursive handwriting. So there are multiple truths happening at the same time within a unitary package. I posit in my teaching a unitary identity concept I call biospirit. I intensify biospirit identity as part of the essential well-being health process. There is a subtle dualism, a mind body perception split, within a unitary response corridor. With a decrease in the physical doing life of the person, the person becomes over involved with inner processes that would best be left to the inner flow of internal events and processes. Imagine a person, who was focused on changing an autonomic process like the heartbeat. The heart in normal conditions adjusts to an increase or decrease in activity, there is no need to control it, it controls itself. Thought and the pattern of thought is and should be for the most part an automatic process which changes with conditions. To be neurotically involved with controlling thinking is to distrust the natural movement within the psyche. "The person is not 'moving', is 'stuck' and this stuck-ness and sluggishness of the body produces an over abundance of mental contents. Often these thought patterns of self-stimulation are loops of repetitive thought, that become more and more prescriptive in nature, focusing on should, what should be done, what could be done, what if scenarios."-Michael Cottingham
This is the manifestation and this formula addresses various elements of this situation. For instance in something like chronic arthritis what you have is a joint which is unable to move or is painful to move so what you have is the person not moving. You have a person who is not moving around because they have bilateral knee joint pain. You have decreased or depressed physical activity which manifests mentally, spiritual decrease. We are body in spirit, spirit in body. We are biospirit. And with this pain comes a lack of movement. And with this lack of body movement you have lack of spirit movement. You have a lack of becoming. So what happens when you don't move around, and you eat an bio compromised american nutrient poor fake diet? You have a decrease in the life force. You have Biospiritual attack." - Paul Manski within his studies of Fritz Perls and Gestalt Therapy in the small group Context https://pgmanski.blogspot.com/2016/02/turmeric-tonic-and-fritz-perls-by-paul.html

III. Philosophical and Political Framework

The "Wild Herb Ways" philosophy heavily integrates classical Western philosophy and contemporary "dissident" political theory.

A. The "Common Good" and Group Politik

Citing Aristotle, Cicero, and Thomas Aquinas, the documents argue that the city-state (Polis) must prioritize the "Common Good" (bonum commune) of its specific citizens, in a specific place of watersheds and place. The"common good" is hence the wellbeing of the small group being the primacy of the family.

  • Wellbeing: The framework advocates for "Wellbeing" as a legitimate moral pursuit, arguing that current "anti-life" regimes prioritize "Entertainment media cosplay" and "global consumerism" over local direct folk.
  • Immune System Analogy: Group identity is compared to a biological immune system. Just as a cell requires a membrane to distinguish "self" in order to promote the cell from "other," a small group community requires boundaries to maximize well-being and re-facilitate and promote small group encounters on the actual landscape of place within a tyranny of technological force continuously "broadcasting" a narrative of nihilism to maximize consumption while minimizing the validity of actual IRL person, plant and place within the bioregion of watersheds and mountains.

B. Critique of Modernity

  • Media Programming: Modern media is described as "electronic media conditioning" that uses "monotonous repetition" to program defeat, nihilism, guilt, addiction into the population to facilitate weakening the small group and promoting selfish individualism addiction hoarder values and conspicuous consumption.
  • Technological Violence: Any technology (that highlights proscriptive media entertainment memory) that "divorces human beings... from their innate small group experience" is categorized as a form of violence utilizing the micro-aggression of trauma to attain rupture and hence the atomized isolated fragmented individual as commodity.
  • "Sobriety": Sobriety is a key practice for biospirit unfoldment. Maintaining sobriety is a key core component value. The culture of "experimental drug use" is a form of "degeneracy of experience" and is viewed as an intentional "erasure of Western norms" for the purpose of control and disempowerment.  https://youtu.be/HfLi2R2Vqtg?si=jd-z1x03LwTDD-H9

According to Paul Manski writing on the essential foundational value of sobriety. Manski proposes: "....No western society that has stood the test of time can endure the threat of mass decriminalized drug use. The deconstructed social order agenda mandates tolerance of and non apprehension of social parasite criminals who transport, sell and encourage the use of intoxicating addictive deadly drugs like alcohol, opiates, marijuana, methamphetamine, benzodiazepines. The deconstructed social order mandates the suspension of laws banning the sale of these deadly substances. It encourages the use of these intoxicants among our young to destroy the power of the young next generation so you have an inevitable step down, dumb down decline. The spread of poverty flat unhoused tent cities in all urban areas is now accepted as part of the beautiful new deconstructed social order. Rather than treat addiction and maladaptive norms and punish crime and drug sales, instead promote crime and drug addiction as the new fun way to be. The dumbed down masses annihilated through openly sold death mantra marijuana, death mantra opiates, young ladies swigging beer and whiskey like tattooed sailors on shore leave birthing a proud new generation of fetal alcohol syndrome, ADHD autistic Jerry’s kids, sex drugs and rock and roll, proud low IQ handicappers, is now said to be a new moral good.

Even though countless medical studies prove that the genetically altered marijuana when used as designed creates gene expression changes that trigger lifelong schizophrenia and psychotic breakdowns. If only 1:25 people enjoy the marijuana psychosis gene expression over a societal cohort of casual marijuana abusers that means there are millions of forever mentally handicapped non functionary hangers on, non contributors. Millions of our children pushed via a child abuse agenda on a life long marijuana sold for profit addiction march towards lowered potential. Much like the use abuse of the red man’s indian indigenous curse tobacco that causes lung cancer, causes heart disease, emphysema, copd,  deforms unborn children in the mother’s womb, was marketed as a good pleasant billion dollar death industry to our children in previous generations. And exactly are the psilocybin mushroom, ketamine, marijuana, fentanyl, opiates, psychiatric antidepressants of today, marching our children in a death march to lowered achievement slavery.  None of these chemical addiction strait jacket stories are new. They were told over and over again in the freak show side show story now become the social media influencer. Or exactly like alcohol marketed today as an identified teratogenic substance in a billion dollar industry to women of childbearing age, entrusted with birthing our future. Know that our future is only through the mothers who birth our race. Alcohol is marketed to western women to dumb down intellectual capacity of the children they will inevitably carry.

As said before sobriety is society. Sobriety is not an optional occasional break from the chase for an ever deeper dopamine high. Sobriety is the fundamental basis for our continued group existence wellbeing. This does not even begin to address the meth amphetamine salts, meth both pharmaceutical meth and private underground lab meth, opiates, fentanyl, psychiatric drugs, benzodiazepines made available to western youth that will forever doze our western biospirit into the chemical sleep of erasure." -Paul Manski

IV. Theological Synthesis: The Divine Mother and the Earth

The theology of "Wild Herb Ways" centers on the "Theotokos" (Mary) and her relationship to the natural world.  https://youtu.be/Md1hA7xlLvk?si=3vvEADblAhmuiYMI

A. The Archetype of "Mary the Mother of God as Changing Woman"

The documents combine the Catholic Mary Mother of God and traditional Catholic concepts of the southwest  https://youtu.be/9xibIefTl18?si=T0NJbUSmu2NkautP

  • Self-Renewal: Like the seasons, she attains old age and is reborn, representing the "perpetual rejuvenation" of the earth.
  • Mistress of Animals: She is the keeper of sheep, deer, and all wildlife; the "Queen of the Flower World."
  • Lá Bealtaine: The high holy days of Beltane (May 1st) are dedicated to her as the "Earth Mother," celebrating the rising energy of spring. https://youtu.be/kwbJDk-SU7k?si=lvcqjKgTRorFy-_T

B. Celestial Lore and the Bear Stars

The "Wild Herb Way" tracks the solar and lunar cycles, emphasizing the Big Dipper (Ursus Major).

  • The Bear Path: The rotation of the Great Bear around Polaris (the North Star) mirrors the rising and falling energy of plants.
  • Ancestral DNA: Manski asserts that European and Eur-Asian circumpolar peoples share "Neanderthal DNA" and the associated "bear star stories," which are foundational to their biospirit.  https://youtu.be/SU2PqNm5DdU?si=CvyKDzAGUrDL_1YN

V. Key Insights and Directives

The sources offer several aphoristic "Revelations" for the "Peace Pilgrim":

  1. "Life is too short for grief, or regret, or bullshit." (Quoting Edward Abbey).
  2. Responsibility for Wellbeing: Individuals and small group communities must take responsibility for their health and psychological state; blaming others is a "disaster strategy."
  3. The "Inner Smile": A Qigong practice to nourish vitality, beginning with activating a happy memory and imagining a cloudless blue sky.
  4. Faith Action Bioregion: "Faith is meaningless" unless it is expressed through small group action and the "the experience living out the fundamental truth of family within specific bioregion" and small group dynamics
  5. Suspicion of the "AI Intranet": The AI internet is viewed as a "potential trap" and "surveillance device" True work and "dialogic communication" should occur face-to-face in situations that maximize small group dynamics within bioregion of place.
  6. Vote for love, give your television to someone else. Pledge peace, and never watch mainstream movies again. Entertainment is poison. Vote for "us" and create your own songs with folk music. Sing every day. Our faith is our music. We have bodies and voices. Create a choir. We will vote forever. We wave the flag that says, "We, we, we are one people." Sobriety is the only happiness. Live as yourself, soberly. As ourselves, beautifully, we are one people. Reject and resist mandatory air conditioning regulations. Ban air conditioning wherever you are. We are vibrant, and our beautiful women nurture the children of the future, embodying the loving embrace of the Orchid Declaration. If you are a woman, live like a woman. Stop living the lies of the abortion and death culture that erases us. Stop. Your leg and armpit hair are natural. Your butt and breasts are perfect. Your nails are perfect. Live simply. We embrace this healthy revolution of living as ourselves. Thank you for being yourself. See you soon. There's still so much to teach and so much to learn.   https://pgmanski.blogspot.com/2023/10/aralia.html

    https://youtu.be/vIT-tVKwC3Q?feature=shared
"Medicine is a verb, it's not a noun. And this whole illusion of disconnect... makes itself known in our language. You can't buy connection.", a quote from Michael Cottingham of Voyage Botanica— The provided texts, written by Paul Manski under the Wild Herb Ways moniker, present a dense blend of bioregional herbalismWestern philosophy, and identitarian vitalism. For Manski the plants themselves within a bioregion of place serves as a "world teacher". Manski who combines detailed botanical field studies of Southwest plants with small therapeutic group practice, sitting with plants,  Qigong exercises and spiritual revelations. A central theme is the "biospirit," which connects the person to place to the natural laws of the specific land they inhabit. The writings frequently critique modern mediaglobalism, and selfish individualism , arguing instead for a return to small group communal sharing, ancestral traditions and small group practice solidarity. Ultimately, the sources advocate for "wellbeing" through a disciplined life of sobriety, small group workshops, deep ecology, direct experience sitting with plants, and the medicinal use of southwest Remedio flora.

The bioregional herbmaxxing philosophy is a vitalist, small group community-centered approach to healing that integrates the study of local plants, personal responsibility for wellbeing, and a "radical peace pilgrim" lifestyle. For beginners, the philosophy centers on several core practices and concepts:

1. "Sitting with Plants" derived from John Slattery, Mimi Kemp and Michael Cottingham

The fundamental practice of herbmaxxing is "sitting with plants" to learn their stories and voices both intuitively and scientifically based on John Slattery's four directions approach

  • The Method: Rather than just identifying a plant, you should come face-to-face with it, introduce yourself, and perhaps nibble on a leaf, focus your breathing into the ground around it.
  • Intuition and Relationship: Beginners are encouraged to find the "plant's house" (where it grows naturally) and establish a connection that goes deeper than superficial consumption, called "herbs of commerce" ny Michael Cottingham.
  • Respect: This process is small group intuitive, features non-judgmental disclosure and multi-polarity; the person, plants and actual place are viewed as "teachers" that share their energy without boundaries.

2. Radical Responsibility for Wellbeing

Herbmaxxing teaches that wellbeing is the inherent responsibility of the individual within the small therapeutic and their local folk perspective.

  • The Five Principles: Life should be reinvented through love, sobriety, law, beauty, and truth.
  • Holistic Health: Nourishing vitality is achieved by "doing well, eating well, working well, resting well, sleeping well, loving well, and fucking well".
  • Sobriety: A commitment to sobriety and clear thinking is essential to counteract the "negative programming" of modern mechanized entertainment media and industrial culture devoid of place.  https://youtu.be/6C-wE0OlzzI?si=VCxD8goeiID92ys6

3. Understanding Our Nature as "Tool-Using Social Animals"

A key tenet is recognizing that humans are tool-using social animals.

  • Tools: We use auxiliary implements to extend our boundaries and live more effectively.
  • Social Small Group Nature: We naturally live in small groups with hierarchies, and our wellbeing depends on these cohesive social bonds.
  • Extension of Energy: We are taught to experience extending our life force in a peaceful, caring supportive small group setting as a way to help ourselves within specific "place" thrive.

4. Bioregional and Vitalist Identity

The philosophy is rooted in localism and the "biospirit" of one's specific land.

  • Turtle Island: Much of the source material focuses on the Southwest of "Turtle Island" (North America), emphasizing allegiance to local watersheds and mountains rather than abstract nations.
  • Vitalism: This is the belief that a "spark of divine life" animates and protects the body, rejecting the idea that humans are "mechanical machines".
  • Folk First! Earth First!: Beginners are taught to prioritize their immediate small group community and local ecosystem.

5. Spiritual and Energetic Practices
https://youtu.be/GjvzfAJIA78?si=3-3iq8a-mgpDlaM4

Beginners are encouraged to integrate physical and spiritual exercises into their daily lives:

  • Qigong: Practices like Zhan Zhuang ("Stand like a tree") and the Microcosmic Orbit are used to circulate vital energy (Qi) and build resilience.
  • Seasonal Celebrations: Aligning one's life with the solar year (Equinoxes and Solstices) and lunar cycles to celebrate the "victory of solar season".
  • Prayer: Engaging in "continuous dialogue" with the Creator, the person, the plants, and the place through prayers like the Jesus Prayer ("Jesu cum Maria sit nobis in via") or "I circle around, I circle around the boundaries of the earth" to stay connected while traveling the "medicine road".

6. Decoupling from "Death Culture"

A final major component for beginners is the peaceful decoupling from industrial war culture. This involves rejecting mechanized violence corridors and "selfish individualism" in favor of a commune-style sharing of resources and knowledge. The goal is to become "technicians of the sacred" who live as "plain peace pilgrims". As Michael Cottingham says, "Do no harm'.

In the bioregional herbmaxxing philosophy, health is not a static state but a dynamic process intrinsically linked to the solar and lunar cycles, which dictate the movement of vital energy (Qi) in both the landscape and the human body. Seasonal cycles, particularly the Equinoxes, serve as pivotal "turning points" that impact health through energetic shifts, physiological changes, and spiritual renewal.

How do seasonal cycles like the Equinox impact health?

The Vernal Equinox as a "Solar Victory"

The Vernal (Spring) Equinox (around March 21) is characterized as a "triumph of light" and a "solar victory" over darkness.

  • Psychological Resilience: Experiencing this victory directly is considered essential for mental health, providing the "courage" to navigate life's struggles and navigation of seasonal changes.
  • Rejuvenation: This period marks the renewal of the Earth (often personified as "Changing Woman"), which is reflected in the human "biospirit" as a time for "rejuvenation wellbeing" and the activation of the "liver energy".
  • What is the importance of 'sitting' with plants?
  • 'Sitting' with plants is the foundational work (spiritual practice) of the bioregional Vitalist as developed by teachers like Mimi Kemp, John Slattery, Michael Cotingham. Manski call it the  herbmaxxing philosophy, serving as a method to build a commune of peace and sobriety. It is an intuitive, experiential process where one approaches a plant as a living being and a teacher rather than a mere object of study or a commodity to be bought.
    https://youtu.be/xooAA5_WTOQ?si=QbBCcBCnoOOV-WZj

The importance of this practice is defined by several key functions:

    • Establishing Connection: In this philosophy, "medicine is connection," and sitting with a plant is how that connection is forged. It is described as a "face-to-face" encounter where the practitioner introduces themselves, states their intentions to help their people, and enters the "present moment".- Michael Cottingham
    • Healing Modern Trauma: Sitting with specific plant families, such as the Orobanchaceae (Cancer root), is seen as a way to address the "trauma of our trauma-laden age". These plants are believed to reach out to compromised, isolated individuals to help them walk in balance and create relationships based on mutual respect and healing.
    • Finding "Plant Houses": The practice emphasizes the importance of "where" a plant grows. By sitting with a plant in its natural "house," practitioners learn the specific songs and stories of that place. This process helps individuals understand "where you are, who you are, [and] what you are doing". - John J Slattery
    • Non-Judgmental Energy Exchange: Plants are viewed as anti-authoritarian teachers that share their energy within the boundaries and frameworks of place. By "sitting hard" and letting down personal barriers, practitioners can participate in a reciprocal energy exchange, such as hugging an aspen tree to share unique generative healing energy.
    • Intuitive Learning and "Plant Schools": Rather than relying solely on books or experts, sitting with plants allows the land to provide a direct transmission of knowledge. This practice establishes "plant schools" for the mutual benefit of all beings, where the plants themselves provide the instruction.
    • Listening to the Earth: The practice can involve physical actions like breathing into the ground around the plant or putting one's ear to the earth to hear what the roots are saying. It is a way to see what the plant "has to say" and to acknowledge the Creator's role in placing these remedies on the earth.

Ultimately, 'sitting hard' is a way to de-couple from "death culture" and industrial war, replacing mechanized violence with a peaceful, communal study of the biospirit through "plant person place" strategies.

Physiological Impacts and Organ Systems

According to John J Slattery: The transition into spring creates specific biological pressures that the body must navigate:

  • Liver and Gallbladder Energy: In the tradition of "genius wild herb ways," spring is the season of "wood and wind," which specifically activates the liver and gallbladder.
  • "Liver Attacking the Lungs": The abundant release of pollen from trees like cedar, juniper, and ash during the Vernal Equinox enters the nasal cavities and lungs. This can cause the liver energy to "attack" the lungs, manifesting as Seasonal Allergy Syndrome (SAS), characterized by itchy eyes, hay fever, and respiratory irritation.
  • Potency and Vitality: Certain "restorative" plants like Conopholis alpina (Cancer root) are sought out during the wet abundance of spring to restore muscular strength and potency in those sidelined by illness.

The Celestial Clock and Energy Flow

The philosophy uses the "Bear Stars" (Ursus Major) as a celestial indicator of health and energy management:

  • Rising and Falling Energy: Just as the Great Bear "wakes up" and stands on two legs in the spring, plant energy—and human vitality—is seen as rising during this time. Conversely, in autumn, the energy "lies down," signaling a period for rest and the "rebirth of light" within the home's hearth during the winter solstice.
  • Microcosmic Orbit: Practitioners use these seasonal cues to adjust their Qigong practices, such as the "Microcosmic Orbit," to circulate vital energy in alignment with the "sunwise" (clockwise) turning of the seasons.

Ritual and Community Wellbeing

Seasonal cycles also impact health by governing communal "party love festivals".

  • Shared Experience: There are 34 designated opportunities per year (including 8 solar holy-days and 26 lunar celebrations) to gather as a "folk" to celebrate and pray together.
  • Environmental Harmony: Health is defined as "living in harmony with the sun—the father of all things—and the earth—the mother of our people". This harmony is maintained through seasonal prayers at the tops of mountains to ensure the falling of rain and snow, which nourishes the bioregion's watersheds and, by extension, the community's health.
  • How does the 'liver attacking the lungs' principle work
  • The principle of the "liver attacking the lungs" is a concept derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and integrated into the bioregional herbmaxxing philosophy to explain the physiological impact of the Spring Equinox.

This principle works through a combination of seasonal energetic shifts and environmental triggers:

    1. The Wood and Wind Principle

In the "Wild Herb Ways" discourse, spring is identified as the season of wood and wind. The Vernal Equinox (around March 21) signifies a "revival of the liver," which is the organ associated with the wood element. During this time, the liver’s energy—or "biospirit"—becomes highly active and "stirs".

    2. The Environmental Trigger

As the sunlight triumphs over darkness, trees such as cedar, juniper, ash, and elm release an abundance of pollen. The "winds" of spring stir these plants, carrying the pollen into the human nasal cavity.

    3. The Energetic "Attack"

The lungs are considered the "wind-related organ" in this system. When the woody pollen enters the lungs, the hyperactive energy of the liver (wood) is said to "attack" the lungs, disrupting the body's internal balance.

    4. Resulting Symptoms (SAS)

This energetic conflict manifests physically as Seasonal Allergy Syndrome (SAS). Common symptoms include:

    • Itchy and watery eyes.
    • Runny nose and hay fever.
    • Respiratory irritation.

    5. Herbal Remedies

To counter this "attack" and restore harmony between the liver and lungs, the philosophy suggests specific regional formulas. One primary remedy is Large-leaved ragweed (Ambrosia ambrosioides), which is used as a tea or tincture to treat SAS. Other plants used in this formula include New Mexican thistle, plantain, and elderflower.

  • What role does the 'Bear Stars' constellation play in vitality?

  • In the bioregional vitalism of the "Wild Herb Ways," the Bear Stars (the Big Dipper or Ursus Major) act as a celestial clock that mirrors and governs the movement of vital energy (Qi) in both the natural world and the human body.

The role of the Bear Stars in vitality can be understood through the following principles:

    1. Seasonal Mirror of Energy (Qi)

    https://youtu.be/HwzGkJGgW8w?si=OFqkUwukVm8AzDdN

The movement of the constellation provides a visual map for how vitality shifts throughout the year. The sources explain that "our holy sacred wild herb way plants kind after kind" follow the lead of the Bear Stars:

    • Spring Rising: In the spring, the Great Bear "wakes up" and stands on two legs. This celestial movement corresponds to the rising of plant energy and the renewal of human vitality (the "biospirit") during the Vernal Equinox.
    • Autumn Falling: In the autumn, the Bear walks on all fours, becomes sleepy, and lies down. This indicates a time when plant energy "falls" and vitality returns to the roots or the internal hearth, signaling a period for rest and replenishment.

    2. Internalizing the North Star Energy

A primary practice for maintaining vitality involves "bringing the northern stars into your center".

    • The Hara/Solar Plexus: Practitioners are taught to pull the energy of the northern stars into the hara (the solar plexus or abdomen at the belly button). This is described as a way to "hearth" the sun's energy within the body to strengthen the legs, support the feet, and promote healing for one's community.
    • Microcosmic Orbit: Specific Qigong exercises, such as the "Microcosmic Orbit," are based on the "standing tree northstar Polaris orbit," which circulates vital energy around the spine in alignment with the celestial center.

    3. Spiritual and Mythological Connections

The Bear Stars are deeply integrated into the "biospirit" through shared ancestral stories and sacred relationships:

    • Marriage to the Mother of All Things: One core teaching states that Mary (the Mother of All Things/Changing Woman) married Ursa Major, linking human reproduction and seasonal fertility directly to this constellation.
    • The Mother Maria: In this tradition, the Bear's mother is identified as Maria (the "Lady of the Mountains"), who turns at the center of the northern sky near Polaris.

    4. Communal Wellbeing and the "Gourd Dipper"

The stars also play a practical role in the survival of the bioregion. The constellation is sometimes referred to as a "gourd dipper" filled with water.

    • Prayers for Rain: The "Gourd Dipper" is connected to the "north star man" and "the woman Cassiopeia," who work together to pool water in the sky.
    • Vitality of the Land: Community members must pray at the tops of sacred mountains to "fill" these celestial dippers with water. If these prayers are neglected, the sources claim the snow will not fall and the rivers will not flow, leading to anger and a loss of social cohesion within the "folk".
    • How does Qigong practice align with the North Star?In the bioregional vitalism of "Wild Herb Ways," Qigong practice—particularly the Microcosmic Orbit—is designed to align the practitioner’s internal energy with the celestial axis of the North Star (Polaris).

This alignment works through several specific physical and energetic principles:

      1. The Polaris Orbit and Microcosmic Orbit

The foundational energy-circulation exercise, the Microcosmic Orbit, is explicitly described as being based on the "standing tree northstar Polaris orbit". While the natural seasons and the sun move in a sunwise (clockwise) circle, the night sky rotates counterclockwise around Polaris. Qigong practice seeks to mirror this celestial stability and movement within the human body to cultivate and circulate vital energy (Qi).

      2. Centering Energy in the "Hara"

A central technique in this alignment is "bringing the northern stars into your center".

      • The Physical Action: Practitioners are taught to reach toward the North Star as it sits low in the sky.
      • The Target: This celestial energy is pulled into the hara, which is identified as the solar plexus or the abdomen at the belly button (umbilicus).
      • The Result: By pulling this "sun-like" star energy into the hara, the mountain is said to support the practitioner's feet, strengthen their legs, and initiate healing.

      3. Zhan Zhuang (Standing Like a Tree)

The alignment is often practiced through Zhan Zhuang, or "standing like a tree".

      • Root and Crown: In this stance, the practitioner develops an energetic loop with the earth and the sky, much like a tree that remains rooted while its crown reaches toward the heavens.
      • Axis of Stillness: Just as Polaris is the stationary hub around which the "sun wheel" and the Bear stars turn, the practitioner strives to find a "hub of the axle that remains stationary" within their own body through rest and proper posture.

      4. Storage of Vitality

Once a Qigong series is completed, the gathered energy—often visualized as an energy ball between the palms—is shrunk as small as possible and moved into the hara at the navel. This stores the "Polaris energy" for later use, nourishing the individual's "biospirit" and resilience.

In this system, the North Star represents the "divine principles of perfection and order" that practitioners seek to embody through their movements and breath.

  • How do I bring the Northern Stars into my center?
    • To bring the Northern Stars into your center according to the "Wild Herb Ways" philosophy, you must engage in a specific energetic practice that aligns your body with the celestial axis of Polaris (the North Star) and the Bear Stars (the Big Dipper).

The Practice of Centering the Stars

The process involves a combination of physical posture, visualization, and the cultivation of vital energy (Qi):

      • Locating the Center: In this tradition, your "center" is the hara, also referred to as the solar plexus or the abdomen at the belly button (umbilicus).
      • Reaching for the Star: You are instructed to reach your hand toward the North Star, seeing it as it sits low in the sky.
      • Pulling in the Energy: You should visualize yourself pulling the energy of the star (described as "the sun" or celestial light) directly into your hara.
      • Internalization: Once the energy is pulled in, you should visualize a "rising sun" within your abdomen while breathing and focusing on healing.
      • The Microcosmic Orbit: This practice is often part of a standing Qigong form known as the "Microcosmic Orbit," which is based on the "standing tree northstar Polaris orbit". In this form, while the sun moves clockwise, you align with the night stars that rotate counterclockwise around Polaris.

      Storing the Vitality

A critical step in concluding these exercises is the "shrinking" of the energy. After completing a Qigong series, you should imagine shrinking the "energy ball" between your palms until it is as small as possible, then move it inside your body through the hara at the navel to store the vitality for later use. (Note: The sources specify that women should move this energy into the heart area rather than the belly during certain times).

      Benefits of the Alignment

Aligning with the Northern Stars is believed to have profound physical and spiritual effects:

      • Physical Strength: This practice is said to support the feet and strengthen the legs.
      • Spiritual Connection: It connects the practitioner to the "divine principles of perfection and order" represented by the North Star.
      • Bioregional Health: By "filling the gourd dippers" (the Bear Stars) through prayer and centering, the practitioner helps ensure that rain and snow fall to nourish the local watershed and the community.
      • How does the 'Inner Smile' memory unlock vital energy?

The "Inner Smile" memory functions as a specific psychological and energetic trigger within the practice of Tree Qigong to unlock and nourish your vital energy (Qi).

According to the sources, the process works through these steps:

        • Activating a Happy Memory: To unlock the inner smile, you must first recall a specific happy time from your life. This intentional retrieval of positive experience serves as the foundation for the practice.
        • Visualization: While holding this happy memory, you are instructed to close your eyes and visualize a "clear, cloudless blue sky".
        • Cultivating Qi: This combination of memory and visualization is used to increase the life force (Qi) and move it through a "circular wheel" of eight elements (such as sky, wind, and wood) to renew the spirit.

This practice is part of a broader vitalist philosophy that emphasizes "radical responsibility" for wellbeing. By intentionally using happy memories to shift your internal state, you are participating in what is described as "nourishing becoming"—a process that moves from the internal core (the roots) to the outward manifestation of health and vitality. This mental shift is seen as a way to counteract "negative programming" and reconnect with your inherent, life-affirming nature.

The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.” –King James Version, Isaiah 35:1

The vision of the prophet Isaiah was to imagine an abundant flowing stream of living water in the desert. The culture of the desert was a search for dependable water. The story of water in the desert is the story of life. This vision of bounty in the desert was also the vision of the Hohokam people living more than a thousand years ago in the Gila River valley. Hohokam is a Pima word meaning ‘the one’s who have gone’. They built a system of canals to bring water from the Gila River for their irrigated fields. Any one in Phoenix, Arizona is living upon the world of the Native Americans who have gone before us. This researcher will explore the deep ecology of every day water in Phoenix, Arizona. Deep ecology is a way of understanding life as relationship and process. Our life is an interconnected web with a spiritual component. According to deep ecology a life fully lived is a spiritual life that includes an understanding of a spiritual matrix that exists in the plants, animals, birds and watersheds and the humans who participate in that life.

According to a story in the New York Times by Sam Roberts, March 20, 2008, “Maricopa County in Arizona, which includes Phoenix, swelled by 102,000 since 2006, making it the biggest gainer numerically.”…by population, in the United States. These 102,000 people are coming to live in an area that averages just 8 inches of rain in a year with daily maximum temperatures over 100 degrees from April through October. These people coming whether Latinos from Mexico and points south or Anglos from the north are coming to a place that is home to non-human life. Water is not only hydrogen and oxygen, it is the blood of mother earth.

Water is the most basic of human needs. The water that sustains life in the Valley of the Sun arrives here not by accident. This water flows by the ingenuity and vision of human design. Though this water flows by human design it still is to be regarded as sacred. This vision of life in the desert is built upon some of the same canals used by the Native Americans living here hundreds of years ago. The purpose of deep ecology is to develop a reverence and respect for this water even though it flows in a concrete man made canal.

The water arrives because it is stored in a series of dams along the Gila River Watershed. These dams built in the early1900’s along the Gila supply 20-25% of the water needs for the valley. This system of ground water pumping and storage facilities supplied the Valley’s growth through the early 1960’s. The majority of water for the valley’s 100,000 annual net growth population comes from a 337 mile system of dams, water pumping stations, tunnels and canals called the Central Arizona Project. It was late 1980’s when water first arrived from the Colorado River flowing 300 miles to the west along the California/Arizona border.

The Valley of the Sun’s story begins 900 miles away in Wyoming at the foot of Down’s mountain. Snowmelt in the spring gathers in a series of lakes on the west side of the continental divide. The first of these lakes is Green River Lakes. According to deep ecology visualization of the watershed pathway leads to a realization of the spiritual component of water. So when bathing or showering imagine the path the water took to get here. You are without question washing your face with Wyoming snow melt.

These streams and mountain lakes come together to form the Green River which feeds into the Colorado. The Wind River range in back of Pinedale, Wyoming is the home of bear and elk. Their spirit to paraphrase Dogen is in the water. Practice feeling these beings and forces in the water.

The Central Arizona Project takes its water from a lake formed on the California/Arizona border. This lake is formed by a dam built across the Colorado River. This water travels in a man made canal across the state of Arizona to Phoenix and on to Tucson. This water though traveling in a concrete ditch is still earth juice. It is like bathing in the spiritual flow of joyful tears. It is a spiritual embryonic fluid that causes all life to quicken and sing. When one perceives the true nature of water the perception is understanding the true nature of the self.

Rachel Carson’s 1962 landmark study Silent Spring is credited with establishing that our human life is enmeshed with the world around us. Her book is understood to be the catalyst for the ecology movement and for helping bring about an ecological consciousness. However according to deep ecologists 1962 was not in any way significant. Deep ecological insights are more like the revelations of Lord Sri Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita. In the Gita it is said that whenever the forces of darkness are greatest then in that moment will Lord Sri Krishna incarnate himself into the world. This is exactly the same as Christ as the Logos taking flesh and dwelling amongst us. The darkness today is an ecological darkness and the evil is to view the earth as a series of chemical relationships. The risen Christ is the living earth. As Dogen said, “Study the stone Buddha giving birth.”.

According to deep ecology this knowledge is always making itself known because the earth itself is the Christ. The earth is a living being. As the Dine people say, Nahasdan Nadle, the Changing woman, the white turquoise shell woman; These are names for your mother. These insights later were condensed by Bill Devall and George Sessions into a way of looking at the world called deep ecology. This researcher will examine the life blood of Phoenix, Arizona –water, from the perspective of deep ecology with respect to the ecological self. This researcher will trace the path of water as it flows from Wyoming and Colorado’s high peaks into the south west and its meaning from a deep ecological perspective. According to Dogen the mountains and waters are constantly walking.

Deep ecology is a way of understanding and points out the work to be done. According to pioneers such as Gary Snyder, Dolores La Chapelle and Peter Berg the bioregion and watershed are the boundaries of our place.(Berg) It is within this watershed that our work is done.(Snyder) Work in this way is realizing the self. The realization of self is working with the energies that flow in a specific place.(Dogen)

The energies in a specific place are ocotillo and brittle brush. They are gambel’s quail and coyote. They are palo verde and creosote bush.(Nabum) If you want to find one plant that speaks for the watershed that is Phoenix, Arizona, that plant is the saguaro. The Gila River watershed is defined by the saguaro in its lowest elevation.

They are palo verde and creosote bush.(Nabum) If you want to find one plant that speaks for the watershed that is Phoenix, Arizona, that plant is the saguaro. The Gila River watershed is defined by the saguaro in its lowest elevation.

The Gila drains the Mogollon rim up to Flagstaff by way of the Verde River. It drains the area from Tucson up to Phoenix by way of the San Pedro. It drains the area of the Gila National Forest in New Mexico and heads east joining the Agua Fria and the Salt river gathering the Valley of the Sun and meeting with the Colorado near Yuma.(Folk-Williams)

This portrait of watershed is made complex with the addition of a 337 mile concrete canal which by way of tunnels and pumping stations brings water west to east up, over, and across from the Colorado River. This concrete lined canal is the Central Arizona Project. It creates a loop, an ox bow dumping water back into the Gila system. This water is also used to recharge the underground aquifer at various points in the valley.

The learning of deep ecology is a listening and observation of natural processes in a specific place. A lot of the real work involves learning the names and listening to the stories. According to deep ecology one listens so that the songs can be heard and understood.

The deep ecology of water in Phoenix, Arizona is made difficult due to the existence of a man made river flowing winter and summer. It is a challenge to feel the belongingness of water coming 337 miles by way of a concrete pipe. Along this artificial watershed there are no trees or riparian areas because the Central Arizona Project is designed for efficiency. It delivers water from point A to point B. A river is more like a process. It nourishes the earth along the way. The CAP is not a river. It is a water delivery system.(Johnson) This difficulty in sensing the spirit of an anthropomorphic construct is precisely the importance in developing a deep ecological understanding of water in the Valley of the Sun. It is imperative that residents of Phoenix develop love, respect and gratefulness for the actual life lived here.(Berg)

Peter Berg offers us the idea of bioregion and the challenge of reinhabiting the place where we live. Our nature as humans is urban. Our nature is communal. Our fate is drawn up together. The Hohokam and Pima lived as we do, close. By understanding the nature of the water we use we can develop an intimate relationship with that water. Knowledge is powerful. The mighty Colorado, the snow melt of Green River Lake can not be wasted.(Fradkin) We are called upon as stewards of the land to honor a sacred compact to love and cherish this water. Dolores La Chapelle goes so far as to entitle her book Sacred Land, Sacred Sex: Rapture of the Deep:Concerning Deep Ecology and Celebrating Life. Deep Ecological Insight is powerful and liberating because it involves all the senses.

Deep ecology is fun. Understanding who and what you are is fun. It is a journey of sitting naked with saguaros overhead in a hidden hot spring following the water course home. It is inching up a vertical slope of gneiss hiking on the last glacial remnants of the Pleistocene in the Wind Rivers searching for a drip that becomes a torrent in spring blood like the rich mucous flow of a female in heat above Moab, UT. It is taking mud baths along the Paria. It is rich and frothy and completely beyond control like our inner flow of thought.

According to La Chapelle, Berg and Snyder it is precisely this interface between the sacred and profane that offers us a graceful exit from this quagmire of seeing that blocks our entrance into a sustainable culture. According to these icons from the 1960’s joy is the antidote for the deathsong played and playing at your local movie theatre. The black hole of neurotic fear that Henry Miller warned of in The Air Conditioned Nightmare, written in the late 1940’s is not the birthright and heritage of America and points beyond. This kind of fate can only be draped on the flag because the children don’t know the four directions. They are making choices without knowledge. Real knowing must include information. Information must be accurate. Knowing must be informed by where we are. That knowing is the earth and the wilderness. A man can not be considered educated unless he knows the first flower of spring.

The earth itself like Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita reincarnates herself amongst us to bring us to the light:

Whenever the balance of the universe is disturbed by external interference from any of its parts, then I reveal Myself as the Power of eternal balancing. For the protection of those who are in harmony, and the rectification of everything disharmonious, I incarnate Myself at every juncture of time.(Krisnananda)

She is speaking and calling a generation to see, feel and happen what is right underneath your toes and fingers. Underneath your tongue are the inner fluids of a virgin. She is Nahasdan Nadle called down by Neve Jensen from a bundle of stones wrapped in a badger pelt.(Frisbe) Called the Logos by the early Christian church she is Sophia. It is a truth that takes form and sustains us from the inside out. It is water. It is the deep ecology of everyday water in Phoenix, Arizona.

Deep ecology is a way of understanding and points out the work to be done. According to pioneers such as Gary Snyder, Dolores La Chapelle and Peter Berg the bioregion and watershed are the boundaries of our place.(Berg) It is within this watershed that our work is done.(Snyder) Work in this way is realizing the self.(Dogen) The realization of self is working with the energies that flow in a specific place.(Selby)

I can’t wait to see Michael again. There will be mountains. John always said person, plant and place. I am grateful to John. I am grateful to Michael. I am grateful to mountain.

gathering of the folk as Sir Walter Scot well loved deeply prized wrote in 1810 described, it burns for us the same way today.  "And fast the faithful clan around him drew.

What time the warning note was keenly wound,

What time aloft their kindred banner flew,

While clamorous war-pipes yelled the gathering sound,

And while the Fiery Cross glanced like a meteor, round…

Benledi saw the Cross of Fire,

It glanced like lightning up Strath-Ire.

O'er dale and hill the summons flew,

     Nor rest nor pause young Angus knew;

The tear that gathered in his eye

     He deft the mountain-breeze to dry;

Until, where Teith's young waters roll

Betwixt him and a wooded knoll

That graced the sable strath with green,

The chapel of Saint Bride was seen.

1—-Spending time in the bio-environment of whorled mountain mint. Organoleptic perception allows me to get a sense of the herbal nature of the plant and what that herb does in my body. So you get a sense of how the herb lends itself to certain actions within the body.

2—(HR) Herbal Reconciliation, is what John Slattery calls the 4 directional approach: then, is actively sharing your insights, comparing, contrasting, and continuously deepening experience. Then you do your best to reconcile what you've got directly from that personal experience, with what others have understood about the plant as herb used for various conditions, complaints, and concerns. You want to rule out the random anomaly. Are most whorled mountain mints like the ones I saw? This occurs over time, visiting different stands in different seasonal combinations, different ecosystems, different elevations. Ideally you want a direct face to face confirmation from another person who has used, gathered and done stuff with the herb, an herbal confirmation, negation, addition or subtraction. . That interaction, face to face, direct, is both social and culture. The essence of culture is a face to face transaction, friendship based upon survival of our unique geno type with the plant geno-type. Then you want to confirm, deny or expand on that confirmation from a written source, meaning further reconciliation. Each one of those steps, organoleptic, person to plant, person to person, academic book based confirmation, each herbal step is essential. Unfortunately those different steps can be difficult, and made more difficult by the social situation. It's easy to become discouraged within the learning process because in certain circles, herbalism itself is undermined and devalued. You don't want to get into a purity spiral based on the personality of the herbalist. Within purity spiral herbalism the question becomes, how long is your beard, how many tattoos, and pony tail length? The emphasis is not on charisma and personality of the herbalist. It is about our people, our place, our plants in a context of herbal medicine.

3—So the spirit lifted me up, and took me away, to a high mountain lying down, a walking mountain and I went in bitterness, like marrubia, like cebadilla, I was told by the Father to ride my bicycle, and pedal, so I pedal for the glory of God, in the heat of my spirit; the hand of the LORD was strong upon me.

4—“…..Place your hand towards me. The hands of the holy Mary remained in the hands of all the saints. They remained in the hands of all the angels. After that, this remains in your hands, the true God will bless you greatly. He then  laid his hands on me, and healed."

"There is a holy church that sits in the desert, in the mountains, in the desert, in the blessings world, there where you are sitting directly with the plant. I am with you there. Everything is there. What do you ask of me here and what do you ask of me there? Knowing this, you too will go forward and work... The truth, as you are seeing, touching, smelling, tasting, listening. You have in your five senses the primal forms experiencing the flower world, the eden world, the gift our creator Father Mother is giving for you directly. It is in your sense, remember those who walked like this, this is how you walk, in the morning, they walk, and you, here, who are in the world, and so walk. The truth? Listen, a bird is singing. The idea that only words are speaking is crazy talk, birds are speaking, clouds are speaking, rocks are talking with rock voices. What do you want to hear? I breathe on you, now you can hear. That is the wind blowing, moving. I breathed on you. Now you have it, and you want to know, so... It's really good.”

5—-And our Christ appeared again on the mountain and began to teach us how to live and overcome our victimisation under the spell: “The deer and elk in this black range of Emory Pass, through to the Blue mountains, represents for me the star child Christ, and the flowers produced, growing, the ones I taught you, the red root, St John’s wort, they are the blood of me, the Christ when I was crucified. These wild herb ways flowers, leaves, stems, bark and roots  represent the grace of God, which is of all that is good and beautiful in our life as family.” And Paul asked Jesus, ‘Jesus what is the greatest commandment?” And Jesus answered, “ Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love God, love thy neighbor, and hate thine enemy. But I teach you shalt love thy family first before everything. God is a spirit and so love and cherish your bioregion, your place and nourish it. This is your home, this is a secret, my return and all the things to come. Would they believe you anyway if you said, ‘Husband love your wife.’ ‘Wife love your husband?’ This is the land I have given? They believe nothing because they are under the spell of the evil one.  Keep all this secret. Don’t tell nobody and nobody will know. Your only duty is to love your family before all else, before everything.  Love your wife, children, cousins, nieces, uncles and aunts who have the same biospirit as you do, first. Second thou shalt overcome enemies. Repel your enemies, do not give them even a first chance, the second chance is too late. You are peace pilgrims, so overcome them with quiet, with peace, with patience but not with love, that is too much.  Namely this, anticipate your enemies before they defeat you. The people who have told you to love your enemies before your family are liars. Thou shalt love thy family and kin first as thyself. You can not live outside the organic natural law that governs all things. Live according to natural organic law. There is none other commandment greater than these.”

6—-    i worked my way up the spine of turtle island, to revisit poleo, red root, osha, Mcdougall’s verbena, and sit with scouleri St John’s wort at the feast of John the Baptist, at the new moon, at midsommer. It was imperative I taste the red blood liquid gold of the yellow flowers flowers of St John’s wort and tincture them fresh, drinking the potion just as I did before the Bear Wall and Chedski fire turned green to brown and decades of brown. Where the great watch plants at their watchtowers who dripped down with the Pleistocene glaciers 12,000 years ago, dropped their seeds on Mount Graham, Navaho mountain, Nat’sis’ahn, Black Obsidian mountain, the Pinals, Ancha, the Madrian skye island peaks towering above the ocotillo flats. Following the roots of shrivelled rivers with their haunted skeleton trees, and Artemisia, fireweed, horse weed thick, lush, fruity, bitter and green. It's hard sometimes to use words like turtle Island, I get the feeling,  what would someone think about someone who calls the state of Arizona, New Mexico, with their Tucsons, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Albuquerque’s and McDonald, Pizza Hut,  Martin, Rayethon, Boeing, secret military bases, home of the nuclear blasts and graveyards of the downwinders, the continental divide,  the spine of turtle Island? At a certain point it’s not that you don't care anymore what people think about you, but it’s that our vision as a people, as an us is stronger than the dividing self of them. They will do what they will do with drones, missiles, war and mechanized violence. There will be winners and losers and the silence will reign because no one can defend what can not be named, seen, spoken or heard. Those are the innocent who know nothing of the violence.

7—-The places have names and the names will change. The places have names and the names have changed. The places have changed. I remember before and after rodeschi, bear wallow, the forest had changed from green to black desert, to aspen green again. We need to have stories. We need to have dreams. We need to have conviction. I learned a few weeks ago that the word Lebanon means White Mountains. The White Mountains are the Sierra Blanca. The White Mountains are the White Mountains. The white mountains are Lebanon. These white mountains are promised lands. That's all I really wanted to say or tell anyone. Call them what you will but live by the promise of their beauty to transform your life into something strong and eternal. Spine of turtle Island, Lebanon, White Mountains, Sierra Blanca,  whatever you call these mountains, know they are sacred mountains. Talk to them, cheer them up, lift up the mountains. Within mountains are healing places where a person’s life can change in the blink of an eye. Within these mountains are springs and healing plants that God promised us from the beginning, from time before time, going back to the garden of gardens, these plants are good and they're here to heal us. Those aspen groves reaching down as deep as we can go, call us courageous. It's nice to stand there with a friend. Friendlessness given enough time will bring bitterness. It doesn't always have to be so sad. Rejection can be like a virus that infects everything. People know you're a leper. They can sense it and instinctively recoil away. Yet like the twisted gnarled tree the mechanized timber cat machines leave on precipitous slopes too steep to log, I am left to bloom perhaps perchance to dream and like Abraham and Sarrei, perchance an Emily with exquisite 4 petal 4 sepal flowers like Chaimeronphon fire weed wind, raging raging in queenly purple against the dimming of the night shall come like a golden butterfly to greet me and love deeply at the gates of hell, against all odds, a child.

8—-Hear me Father , I am on this mountain and your rain is falling.

Hear me Father , Clouds come to the mountain and your rain is falling.

Thank you Father , your gentle rain is falling.

I am Aspen , living on this mountain. Thank you Father  for the rain is falling,  female rain is falling, rain is falling.

I am Osha , Living in the meadow. Thank you Father  for the rain is falling. Osha rain is falling.

I am Mountain parsley, blooming on the mountain. Thank you Father  for the rain is falling.

I am Elk with babies. Nursing on this mountain. Thank you Father  now my milk is flowing.

I am Pine tree . Pine pollen of the mountain. Thank you Father , pine tree rain is falling.

for the rain is falling, Thankyou Father ,  .

I am yarrow , white flowers on the mountain. Thank you Father  yarrow rain is falling.

I am Black Bear , I live on this mountain. Thank you Father , Black bear rain is falling.

I am Yerba Lobo, my yerba lobo mountain. Thank you Father  yerba lobo shining.

I am Red Robin , our nest is in the mountain. Thank you Father  red robin rain is falling.

Hear me Father , I live with all on this mountain and your rain is falling.

9—- In the northern sky were seen the dancing red green lights of the foxes tail, tulikettu, his red tail throwing sparks up from the snow. The Aspen leaves long fallen, oshá and actea rubra stalks swayed in the wind, with zig zag lightning of pollen stars, bears slumbered while chipmunk and white tailed squirrels flicked their tails throwing pictures swaying in the form of osprey fish eagles. With the four evangelists were Comparet, Wickstrom, Butler and Pastor Dan Henry, "Blessed is the name of our God! America First! Earth First! I was taken to a northern forest and the tamarisk needles had fallen, Poleo, Lycopus and skullcap were thick in the swamp of middle lake as if winter had never come. The plants and stars were singing the glory of wild herb ways, 3 migrating south plants, who left for the winter, returned in swampy truth mud around the east end of the lake. Later these three plants to journey south north, back and forth over 2000 miles, walking mountains dream different dreams. Poleo, Lycopus and skullcap bless ancestors buried in this muddy Earth and your children coming from sky. Holy wake robin Queen of heaven, earth wind and wood, blessing life of water.

10—-In the Holy name of Jesús + Mary, wake robin and willow. You are our stories. You are our assistance bless the water, our red blood, green blood of trees. 11—-- We are a tribe within a tribe, scattered across overgrown, making seven, "Blessed is the name lands, where customs reign supreme! Earth reigns supreme, Turtle Island reigns supreme! We have become the unifying force of country music stars. We have Johnny Paycheck to help you escape those defeatist old jobs. We worship Country Music Queen Kitty Wells, because God did not create a country music angel. Katie Wells married a bear. Kitty Wells knows the fox's tail.

12—--    I stand with the green, in all directions, may all be well, blessings always, this our monarda …monarda...I stand with perfect green mother at all hallows, monarda of mountains, monarda of golden dawn, monarda of pure light, monarda of buried roots, monarda in all directions to taste your pollen and tiny seeds, for bees moths and butterfly, for all my ancestors seen and unseen, protecting us, empowering us, blessings us your perfect endless medicine road forever and ever always monarda

….. Message  from wild herb ways: Our journey together at this time is the remedio. As best you can, implement  giving thanks for the endless medicine road, which is your endless medicine road. Gather the materia medica directly, locally from the place around you. Honouring the local world right around us,  and accepting sovereignty for our health, life and situation in deep consideration with the people within the circle is the central journey of developing the remedio. Recognizing shared sacredness inside and outside is the remedio. The entire raison d'être is the remedio, assembling and sharing  the remedios both the plants themselves and their preparation techniques to increase the level of sovereignty and well being. The remedio is not the what remedio is the how.

13—-- remedios are for people who inhabit turtle island place, the land between the ocean rivers, the land between the mountains, the medicine regarding person, plant and place. I live on the specific earth of place. The dominant culture narrative holds us hostage through their controlled lexicon with, doxx, shame and shun labels applied upon us without our consent, deplatformed by various affiliated priestcraft grifters is unfortunate, undeniable and ultimately a toxic pathology to which one must separate. The erased materia medica of remedios is no different than my own erased life, or the erased life of various people,  or your own erased deplatformed life under the occupied regime mechanized AI warriors tagging into the early dawn to kill destroy and maim in the Ukraine, in Gaza, Israel, Palestine, Iraq, Afganistan and too many places to mention fermenting violence and death through mechanized industrial violence wherever people seek to live and love as authentic persons, as friends, within celestial marriage among the plants, honouring  the place, nourishing the people.

14—-Our birth mother Euro Mary by emerald green flame of earth and Our Father golden flame of sun, holy are both your names. Holy is golden sun above and emerald green earth below. Thy medicine is our food by the work of our hands, so nourish the green. Give praise and thanks for celestial marriage in the eternal family. Rage against the turning of the light so learn to forgive but never forget.

Hear Emma, chosen of the chosens celestial wife perfect ewe on the mountain, on milky river, past the slick rock deer house yerba santa, red root, estafiate, manzanita, silk tassel, globe mallow, green ocotillo, mesquite paloverde- all of you show the greening, to you do we bow and pray,  demulcent smooth.

The Valarian-Kiss within the Deer Park is outside of an economic zone with its paid bound intimacy. The kissing is the teaching done between the deer, the Valeriana, and the guests who have been chosen based on their passion and love, from which there is a natural embrace between the deer, Valeriana and the person.

We discover the deer park in the act of discovery. Deer parks are teaching places within the forest. Deer parks are places where the deer, the mountains, the Valeriana and ourselves discover the intimacy of romance as truth tower looking place, viewed and viewing, seen, and understood.

Nourish by dew, follow the scent skunk, watch with vital breath the bear, listen to chipmonks and red penstemon flowers. Plant person place-beauty to beauty touching  plant, person, place.

From beating breath to bottles, dying racks and jars, names driping off the tongue, Catalina embrace Ceanothus.

Hold a flower person dreams. Heart to hollyhock to malvacea, to slimy goo of elm.

She was all sister, mother, grandmother ageless unborn, unbroken? There as perfect teacher.

Hold the root steering wheel on dirt roads, monarda, these words echo lips in dreams where coyotes yip yap.

Of course the cactus is a burning bush. We come to you crawling on our knees, vomiting in the red earth and walk away under stars from horizon to horizon, Ursus major spinning, dancing singing your bitter taste. Soon we'll be buried in the ground sunken eyes rotten.

i am the cut flesh of turtle island plants, in the mouth deep inside, separating the downy white hairs from green, bitter yellow Mahonia, clear to have met your taste. Crawling up your back and slick rock shoulders under oaks with pedicularis, flowers the color of chocolate.

My body was burning, in the september sun, wind with red tailed hawks screeching, screaming smoke fires before equinox comes. Lay in icy wet while some wear coats and parkas, needing your cold Haddy creek, cool me burning.

Passion warm, mid day sun saguaros with you, about you, now remember, caressing thorns gone, on top, salty like a skunk.

These plants mean everything something to someone, each jealous blossom, you have more to say rocks, than all the yellow flowers.

““I would gladly go from here to you barefoot and bareheaded, and half naked, to see you and think it great pleasure.” ( Emma Hale Smith to Joseph Smith Letters 1839)

15—-    The definition of cancer is uncontrolled cell division within an organism. Cancer culture is what the ameristan boomer Christ has become. Even more than our culture being a cancer, our former faith meant to sustain us has become the promotion of cancer. The culture has become the encouragement of uncontrolled growth, to produce more profits for the elite owners of the economic zone. Our nation has ceased to be a nation and  become a business, where every human interaction has an economic value. An unsustainable growth whether  in the stock market, the housing market, whether in economic terms, population terms, or within the language of the globalists, a global economy of continuous ever expanding economic growth cannot be maintained. We are people who live in place. In a specific place, we live within, wrapped by a  specific bio region with limits that are maintained by the waters, by the mountains, by the production of food, we must learn to live in place upon the earth in a sustainable manner.

Mary her wholly name Mary is the ever returning paleolithic neanderthal princess beyond reproach positive well being mother Goddess and neolithic neandertal mother ancestress Mary and our mother, queen green Mary of springs, streams, bogs, cliffs, glade, woods, wild place forest, caves, grottos in him and her through him and her alone is salvation and the 4-fold blessing way tradition with sacred land holy people holy earth, via the mother Mary and our mother seeds, green branches, living water, wild and wet blessing way tradition with sacred land holy people holy earth, via the divine earth goddess mother Mary and our mother. Mary all mother and our mother of field and forest, mediatrix of all graces in the green burning flame of veriditas. Spirit is the inhalation exhalation in out breath blood dynamic of green earth shining yellow sun Sol invictus vitalism. Where else but here earth? What else but living breathing you ? Who else but I? When else but now?

16—-The reason daily bread-euro blut und boden reich nations existed was because they worked to create a daily bread euro blut und boden culture through the daily bread-euro family, the daily bread-euro home and the daily bread-euro life. All this occurred through a simple process, daily bread-euro sex, via the sacrament of celestial marriage of a man and woman and the truth of sacred land sacred sex, sacred family. All of this effectively died in the 30 years brother, sister, family war 1914-1945. Yes there was a holocaust genocide, it was the death of the white daily bread-euro eternal celestial family that you had to hunt down the last grizzly bear with aldo leopold on Escudillo mountain, and encircle hilldale and colorado city with bears ears choke cherry from the vermillion cliffs to the last peach tree at lee’s ferry. The holocaust was the banning of celestial marriage upon the theatre of sacred land sacred sex. A woman who wears male clothing, pants and so on is a frau-fraud female. By choosing to wear male gender specific clothes she, her  self identifies hard as transgender gender confused amazonian limp wrist lisping sodomite regime soldiers whose primary psycho objective is to destroy the dialectic of sacred land sacred sex in the daily bread-euro homelands. The elites will utilize these amazon warrior brigades of frau-frauds to degenerate the space into soft porn afro-scape modified corn syrup twek jungles, fueled by steroidal birth control hormones and antidepressant pharmakea drugs, dressed in male clothing to overthrow the family. The elites protect their accumulated generational wealth while simultaneously redistributing our people’s accumulated generational wealth in ever new degenerate AI soft porn diversity ponzi schemes. If the greatest moral good is to increase the flow of information without regard to biological life, then such a plan is fundamentally flawed. Life can not be converted to installation art exhibits within a data tree virtual reality museum. Any ideology that does not value life will create new forms of tyrannical oppression and be subsumed into the new elite’s hierarchy that relies on increasing social stratification. Dataism far from a promise of justice will evolve into ever more complex forms of bio-slavery.  Neither is the new AI mandatory injection of new purposed religio-political enthusiasm a valid compromise.

17—-     By invoking a biospirit hero ancestor in signing, we seek to activate the power of protection in the narrative of divine assistance, within the actual events around us.  Being who we are engaged in the salvation story, we seek the supernatural aid and assistance of the green breath flame in dwelling word of yellow flame Sol, of sacred mountain springs, pine forest, hemlock, fir, aspen, black cottonwood, alder and wild poleo in flowing snow melt streams, creeks and rivers. The crucial understanding has to do with the validity, meaningfulness and importance of one’s daily life. The value of our life has to do with the divine drama set in motion by the proto evangelium of Genesis 3:15

In short our ancestors were, and we are, and continue to be, combatants in a struggle. “I will put enmities between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: she shall crush thy head, and thou shalt lie in wait for her heel.” The woman, and thy seed refers to blessed Mary, all mother. In the words and teachings of sacred relationship we say all mother and our mother. Mary is venerated as a pivotal force in the salvation story. We invoke her protection and intercession every day we live above ground. We worship Mary, the alder tree with blood beneath its grey bark in the traditions of springs, caves and grottoes in sacred Europa and Turtle island. This fundamental insight is that every tyranny must necessarily be grounded upon the enmities and opposition and the general popular acceptance of evil within a death wave lifestyle culture. We therefore go against many of the commonly held understandings of the dominant culture.  There is no such thing as a neutral lifestyle in a 2 hours per week Sunday faith. Our faith must be a 24/7 hour, 365 day faith. Either you are in or you’re out.

“I stand with the green, in all directions, may all be well, blessings always. I arise today through a mighty strength, the invocation of the Green, through belief in the remedio,

On the endless medicine road, by the power of healings, through confession of the Oneness of the Creation of Mother and Father creation.

By these good sister and brother plants.

18—-The return of the sunning in the rebirth of the boy child through the work and womb of the mother. So we celebrate the sun, the father, the daughter, the son, the mother and the people as our family. This green celebrates power of sky, in the wind that comes freely from the mountains, the green life blood wind of branches. These are our words we use. These are our prayers. As the day becomes weak and the night extends we pray and worship this tree for the returning, rebirth of the light, the sun to return. The world tree is not over there in a special place. The tree you have has the scent of aromatic mint, sage, sweet estafiate, sharp citrus, the aromatic green. Your tree can be any branch you bring inside. As above so below, as within so outside. The same prayers and offerings are made to wild and tame trees we care for, growing outside. No one needs to kill a tree to celebrate life, a branch will do just fine. We must rebuild our places of prayer, thanksgiving and praise, with space for both brothers and sisters to engage. You can hang on any tree because you are hung there. We say hang on the tree as in the spring when we use the rope of consciousness to tie our two arms stretched out, our two legs. Our backs are bleeding where we whipped our backs with cords. We are in pain. The blood from our backs goes into the bark. We hang on the tree. Your birth mother placed your placenta and buried it under the same tree. She squeezed milk out from her own breasts and rubbed it on the tree. Cooperation between the sexes is restorative to what has been lost, what has been taken. Do ascetic penance personally as a practice, as an experience to gain vision, both men and women. Do not waste your time comparing one holy sacred place to another place you have never been. The holy land is the dirt beneath your toes right now. Brothers and sisters must help together.  In the creation story, through arrogance women and men went to live on opposite sides of the river.

19—--     I want to pass on something of the herbal/native plant body of knowledge I've been working with. I've grown disillusioned with the left wing liberal stranglehold of knowledge in the herbal community. I was thinking of all this and Ezra Pound who I studied in connection to herbalism, poetry, nature-writing, the writings of Eihei Dogen and American poet Gary Snyder and what I would have liked to say to this 28 year old woman -if time permitted and circumstances allowed...the sad story of Ezra Loomis Pound, and how he resonates as a prototype for erasure and official cultural and economic appropriation for statism vs authentic nationhood with rights, duties and obligations to carry on a people into the future intact. Ultimately the ennui and funk experienced as individual paralysis and disempowerment by this millennial is more a description of the potent meme pathogens she was infected with intentionally rather than a personalized internal drama she was experiencing the achtypes of her people in her role as artist dying.

(from: Emily White 2016)

Ezra Pound 1885-1972 was born in Hailey, Idaho a small mining town then a territory of the United States. The Pound family had a difficult time adjusting to frontier life and returned to Pennsylvania where he was raised, just outside of Philadelphia in Jenkintown, PA. Pound spent a total of 18 months in Idaho and left as an infant, spending the next 21 years in Pennsylvania. At the age of 13 Pound was taken on a tour of Europe with his mother and aunt. At the age of 17 he was taken again on a longer 3-month tour of Europe. By the age of 21 he had graduated with a masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania. By age 24 he had published several volumes of poetry. He began to develop a concept of poetry called ‘imagism’, while living in London. Any word that does not contribute directly to the presentation of the poem is avoided. Language, words are reduced to the bare minimum.

Imagism was an early 20th century approach to poetry that encouraged a crisp, to the point, brief, precise use of language. Pound was influenced by the ideograms of Chinese writing, a hieroglyphic picturegram instead of alphabet and letters, with rune like symbols. In 1903 he translated and reinterpreted poems by Ernest Fenollosa who had in turn translated the Chinese poet Li Po. Fenollosa's wife Mary shared with Pound his journals and notebooks after Fenollosa died. In addition he began to study Japanese kaji script poetry. In much of Japanese poetry there is the attempt to capture spontaneity and describing the natural environment crisply and concisely in visual terms. Describing events and relationships in the natural word visually. Due to the language structure images follow one another like a story board, the connection is the connection between the written script image picto-grams. Pound later developed a concept he called vorticism. So that the images as Wyndham Lewis explained, "You think at once of a whirlpool. At the center of the whirlpool is a great silent place where all the energy is concentrated...".

Elizabeth Shakespeare 1886-1973, was a visual artist who stayed with him during his psychiatric forced confinement after WW2 and later they returned to Italy and lived out their lives there. Much of her visual and the art of vorticism today appears depersonalized, the human figure is absent, much like futurism or cubism. A series of straight line shapes that appear on a canvas attempting to reconcile the domination of person by a machine industrial culture, built by westernkind but then has no place for the westerman. It appears more like a further fragmentation of the human person and a reaction to industrialism turned in on itself. As if a 19th century person suddenly was dropped in a 20th century industrial environment and experienced distorted sensorial input and culture shock. It's poignant that his wife did not abandon him during his imprisonment and continued to believe in him as a person. I think that a lot of imagism, vorticism and many other isms were descriptive of cultural fragmentation and attempts to reconcile with a process out of control. Yet I think Pound's interest was authentic, as he continued to translate Chinese and Japanese poetry after his imprisonment and deplatforming.

In an essay published in 1918 he noted that one central point was that Japanese and Chinese language were essentially visual and photographic rather than spoken, aural or heard. They were descriptive rather than descriptive. Pronouns in this visual language become identity and racial assumed rather than spoken. It's obvious if a Chinese or Japanese poem, there is a racially exclusive person behind the written form. In that sense these Asian languages are less universal and by their nature specific and limited. There is no reason to put a pronoun of ' I, us, they or we', because it is a language developed within an exclusive racial group with a history or keeping its languages and culture exclusive to itself. English has a strong colonial catholic universalism, which appears to be a genetic component of many euro-people. It's as if the language itself is attempting to allow and encourage communication between people who have little in common, a traders, seafarers language.

While there in Europe and England Ezra Pound befriended then unknown Irish writer James Joyce, and helped to publish his two novels, ‘Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man’, and ‘Ulysess’. Ezra Pound’s development as a writer was deeply touched and interrupted by the first world war.

World War I, the War to end all Wars, had a deep and lasting effect on Ezra Pound. It also had a lasting effect on Europe it was a reduction of the primal ancestral spirit of our people, a brothers war mixed with technological advancements: poison gas, machine guns, flamethrowers, tanks, airplanes, the use of railroad trains, larger more deadly artillery, towards the end of WW1 with a range of 2 miles. Pound left England after the war and moved to France where he developed friendships with other ex-patriot American writers, including Ernest Hemmingway. Pound began to see that global banking interests had a hand in manufacturing the conflict and feared that the business of making weapons was now a permanent structure and that war and peace were now in the hands of  interests dependent on the armament industry for profit. The same scenario of foreign debt and a military shadow government also took over America’s sovereignty. This shadow deep state oligarchy manipulated the US in WW1, WW2, Korea, Vietnam and the 30 years Mideast war failure that sapped American spirit, whipped into a frenzy by bizarre neocon mass media formulations that entered into the psyche of all who had ears to hear, later eyes to see.

By 1935 he was active in Italian politics and began broadcasting on Rome Radio. Often critical of neocon mechanized war policies and likewise critical of America’s Atlanticist position. The Pound broadcasts, which he introduced saying, “Europe calling! Ezra Pound speaking!”, cautioned further global involvement in the 30 years brother war 1915-1945. Pound was against American involvement in the new brewing conflict that later would be called World War II. In April 1939 he returned to the United States. He wrote for Sir Oswald Mosley’s newspaper, ‘Action’, continuing to expose neocon warmonger banking practices and the armament industry rapidly moving to war as a way to resolve the Great Depression, which had lingered since 1929. He returned to Italy several months later.

He was arrested by Allied forces at the end of World War II, in May 1945 at the age of 60. He was imprisoned in a steel wire cage. While in the cage he suffered a mental breakdown. He was brought back to the United States to be tried for treason; before the trial began he was declared insane. He was confined to a mental institution called St Elizabeth’s Hospital on the Chestnut Ward, never charged with any crime. He was imprisoned for speaking on the radio, imprisoned for expressing his ideas. He was confined there from 1945 to 1958. Ernest Hemingway, who won the Nobel Prize for literature in 1954, Robert Frost and other writers petitioned for his release. After his release from St Elizabeth’s in 1958, he returned to Italy. Upon arriving in Naples he was asked about his thirteen years of confinement in the mental hospital. He gave a Fascist salute and quipped, ““I never was. When I left the hospital I was still in America, and all America is an insane asylum.” Ezra Pound died, passing away in 1972. In many ways the ‘black out’ of history is reality, as any attempt to find interviews with Pound will lead nowhere. He continued from Italy to be involved with right ring causes and mentored through letters leaders in the states rights movement in the southern United States during the 1960’s. Several books have been written about his lengthy correspondences with American Identitarian activists. These books tend to portray Pound in extremely negative light yet they do form the image of a man committed to a ethno-nation state in direct opposition to the stated objective of the universal economic zone.

Ezra Pound said, "the artist is an antenna for the race". I am not going to define terms like Gog magog, race or channeling, or antenna because you know what they are based on your own experience of being in America of 2017. And if you are seeking to Un-channel,  then my advice? Seek out those who are endeavoring to move forward given our present underground remnant status. Find those engaged in the real work so we can work together on this. It's important to realize erasure is the goal through a sophisticated meme pathogenic warfare broadcast simultaneously via all the sanctioned state medias. The goal is a heightened low grade hot cold hot psychological warfare to instill a baseline ptsd fear experience so that submissive and powerlessness are the means and ends to further social engineering that harken back to the language based archetypes of a traders language. In the absence of more new worlds, the ruling elites seek to colonize and further their kith and kin in a redistribution property scam. So what is required a psychological tool kit to effectively counter the omnipresent meme warfare present in the continuous low volume noise culture.  Ezra Pound wrote that the artist is an antenna for the race, the concept was based on inward sensitivity to deep cultural perspectives, and voicing those perspectives outward to the world through art.

I like to Use Ezra Pound as an example because his life contains many of the motifs that are present for us today, he was demonized for his political beliefs and experiences. He was willfully erased by agents of the state, forcibly sent to the psycho-gulag of the Americas. He was imprisoned in a mental institution as a political prisoner for the crime of speaking his truth, voicing his ideas. He was held without trial, without the possibility of trial based on a nefarious mixing of the police state, medical prisons, psychiatrists, nurses working hand in hand to construct a institutional gulag. He was destroyed financially politically and socially because his ideas were not in step with the dominant culture of the time, with the winning side of the 30 years war 1914-1945 of european erasure  (WWI & WII) Expect the same and more with new more extensive and sophisticated event horizons coming your way. For if anything things have progressed to a point of lunacy unimagined previously. As you will likely be demonized today if you affirm your own white race today in America, as a wealth redistribution scam seeks white erasure. The systematic fragmentation process as part of the anti-white narrative demands a psychological tool kit capable of neutralizing pathological meme antigens.

Pound specifically for his support of Japan, Germany and Italy during World War Two, was culturally erased. He was culturally censored and silenced in academia. He supported the losing side of a conflict which still plays out today in many arenas. The war machine and deep state continue to funnel America’s energy into Atlanticism and neo con ponzi scams. Ezra Pound used the word antenna of the race for artists, because at that time in the 1930s and 40s the 'new' technology of radio had made it possible for words, ideas, concepts to be transmitted via invisible waves, across great distances, that would be picked up by a radio with an antenna.

Ezra Pound as a poet and writer was informed by Chinese ideograms and calligraphy. In his poetry he sought to understand the nature of language as he was informed by the Chinese concept of language, which is different than our own and is communicated through characters and ideograms. Like Wittgenstein and Heidegger he began to look at language specifically parts of speech: verbs, adverbs, pronouns, nouns and understood that language itself can limit and influence our understanding. Understanding is the ground upon which action occurs. He thought that the Chinese poets captured more subtly the nature of reality by using a language of formalized pictures. In his art, in his poetry Pound attempted to capture this imagism in English.

Ezra Pound was confined for many years to a mental institution. It's important to understand mental institution in the 1940s through the 1960s were static places. One went to a mental institution and lived there. This was the type of mental institution Pound was confined to in his day. You went to an institution and you lived there. You woke up there. You slept there. You ate there. You worked there. Your entire world was the mental institution. You were there because you were there physically.

With the advent of psychotropic psychiatric medications and the ubiquitous internet combined for a 1-2 psycho punch, the mental institution is no longer a static place. The mental institution is everywhere. As you’re walking down a street you are walking down another hall way within the hospital. The people you see and meet are fellow inmates on lock down, infected with meme pathogens that activate guilt and shame archetypes. They are confined like you to the universal anti-white economic zones that seek to take you down several notches at a time to redistribute your property by befuddlement. No one can be trusted. There’s no telling when a fellow inmate may rat on you telling the head shrink of some rule you broke, a missed curfew, an undocumented social contact. How often can you apologize and atone for sins you didn't commit.

Many innocent enter today the shrink gulag via the government school system who has partnered with the medico police state. Young children are targeted by school teachers to enter on the long journey of erasure where they take the mental institution with them wherever they go in the form of continuous monitoring, along with a poison mix of pills and potions that you take throughout the day, mixed with continuous mind mush of electro meme pathogens designed to kill and erase their heroic ancestral spirit. In the recent neocon wars the 3o years war of european erasure 1914-1945 (WW1, WW II) Korea, Vietnam, Gulf war I, Iraq, Afganistan, all the mid east wars since 1967 are neocon wars. The first wave americo neo con wars the 30 years war of european erasure 1914-1945, Korea, Vietnam relied on an involuntary draft. In the past we had armies that were called up by the draft to fight America's strange bizarre neo con over seas wars . However since poverty has been systematically made part of the social fabric of american experience as debt incurred fighting these neocon wars, there is no longer a need for the draft. As recently as 1973 you were summoned and commandeered to join the army. You had no choice, You were selected. You were drafted. Today in America with our diminishing returns courtesy of the continuous dumbing down, we have volunteer armies. We have an all volunteer armed forces. In the same way with mental institutions today, most are not committed to the institution by someone else, you choose to be committed by taking the psychiatric drugs, by staring at the blue zone light of the internet, watching the soft porn morality play entertainment. Given your first dose age as young as age six in the government schools. You opt out for the blue, orange, neon rainbow psych med pills because to live in an erasure culture is so damned hopeless and depressing. You voluntarily join in the hope that the disturbance you experience will be silenced. GOG teaches that the disturbance you were experiencing is a personal experience. Mental health in GOG is defined by your ability to consume the goods, services and entertainment of the economic zone. Deny the validity of the economic zone in defining your reason for being and you risk a rising level of censorship and ‘black out’. Anyone at anytime can be labeled subversive, racist, or dangerous. Your half human half internet machine life memories can be instantly erased, your pictures, stories, credit and banking all can be suddenly deplatformed. At anytime you can sent to the virtual gulag of non-being with no actual movement, as a person you are deplatformed.

For most of human history the sacred nature of mother and father and a small narrow cultural group ensured the safety and survival of the individual. There was camaraderie and shelter to be had in one's own kin. This was the basic tenant of the ethnic nationstate. The ethnic nationstate was a place of safety and nourishment without which few can survive. If you wanted to travel you went to another diverse ethnic-nation state. Multi culturalism another foundation of GOG, has made living into a fundamental sense of withdrawn fear, and the uncertainty of fundamentally unreliable community a virtual must, to create zones of economic activity in place of the ethnic nationstate. You never know in GOG who you are meeting, so at a certain point you withdraw from meeting. You are always traveling in GOG without arriving because there is nowhere to go. There is a McDonalds in New York, McDonalds in California, McDonalds in Madrid, wherever you travel there’s no place you have been. The Disneyland world of GOG has as its basis environmental destruction. In order to extract the raw materials for the ever expanding consumer nation cancer economic zone there must be disconnect from the natural world.

Consumer economic zones are boring. It’s all about purchasing stuff. GOG makes the economic zone the only place you can be. You're always walking on eggshells unable to engage with others. The basic Modus Operandi of GOG is fear and uncertainty. The basic premise of Gog magog  is superficiality and inauthenticity. The basic mode of interaction in an anti-white erasure whacko world is inauthentic, dishonest, and unsatisfactory. Even the most basic nurturing of relationships between a man and woman, intimacy is subverted because you never know if the man or woman you're engaging with is a lesbian or homosexual. Or if they are straight, will they suddenly convert at internet story time command to homo? Lesbo? Or by internet command perhaps change gender, or re-change gender? The meme pathogens deeply programmed in the vicarious memories of the psyche could activate at any time, throwing your world upside down. There's only so many times you can apologize for things you never done.  A relationship could suddenly instantly become divorce, at a moments notice. Your life long partner could become your enemy. Your wife could suddenly claim, “I’m a lesbian, sorry. My bad.” You are always traveling yet never returning home because the ethnic nation state has been converted into a zone of economic activity. Your romantic partner is just another form of economic activity within the economic zone. Your children, they belong to the state.

Real travel is educational, affirming and valuable. Travel is moving, but travel is not restless mindless commuting. In GOG it is not so much that you are always traveling, it is not so much that you are always meeting strangers, it is that you have no root and no home. You have no firm ground to stand on, and that perpetual vulnerability creates fragmentation in it is uncomfortable. There is an absence of restorative nourishing environments. In an economic zone, at best you have a parking space, as long as you deposit quarters, you can stay parked. If the parking meter isn’t fed money, you, your life, your car, your house, all will be towed away. Property ownership is dependent on paying the parking meter prosperity tax. The basic mindset is fear to make room for the next loyal erasure replacement refugee coming through the open border. Meet your erasure replacement.

The basic cultural motif must be between mother and child, raised within a secure family. The child has a nurturing mother and child ventures off into exploration of the world. The child moves from the nurturing breast into forays into the world. If you want a guidepost to fragmentation then eliminate the mother, eliminate breast-feeding, eliminate the small familiar milieu and what you have is a fragmented distorted consumer. Add to the mix enforced child care, schools that are reeducation camps for soft cultural warfare and the bleak future comes into view. In order for stability the child returns to the mother for reassurance and strength and then goes further and further until maturity. When this interplay is interrupted the child matures into neurosis founded upon uncertainty and fear. In the place of the mother with further forays into the world the child always has the nurturing, family, the familiarity of the familiar. Without a comforting place to return to there is no place to go except to the economic consumer playgrounds.

There is a small percentage of any human population, roughly 1 to 2% that are at anytime genetically incapacitated by mental illness. What we have today is roughly 25 to 33% of the population on psychiatric drugs. This 25 to 33% of the population taking psychiatric drugs are mentally ill by design. Their deepest ambitions, motivations and experiences are diluted and effectively neutralized by these psychiatric drugs. I view the recent genetically modified strains of marijuana with their huge THC content to be on the same level as psychiatric drugs. This genetically enhanced strain of marijuana as it is currently sold, distributed and marketed in America effectively works like the psychiatric drugs to ensure the goals of antiwhite. Added to this mish mash of dumb down drugs pushed on our people are the cheap heroin, fentanyl, benzo’s, methamphetamine that flood through the open borders of the GOG Magog state. The wake and bake culture of the left is a dying sigh.

Young millennial's coming of age today in America have been exposed to psychiatric drugs in the school system and genetically enhanced strains of marijuana and quasi-legal available street drugs to such an extent, that their basic motivations and ambitions have been thwarted. This drug induced stupor is not accidental, it is by design. The drugs potentiate the toxic erasure meme pathogens. The dying sigh of the wake and bake culture has become a deafening silent scream. Young millenials today for the most part have not known the security of mother, the strength of community or the nurturing resiliency of family. Their primary interface with the other is as a consumer, and membership becomes participation in an economic zone. No generation of children has ever before been exposed at such a young age to advanced psychiatric drugs like the millennial's of today. A major part of the work on Un-channeling has to do with removing psychiatric and street drugs and this enhanced THC marijuana from the body.

As Ezra Pound said, The artist remains today an antenna for the race, still able to be sensitive to deep cultural perspectives. We are all artists in a sense in that we are creating our own lives. The canvas that we use is our life. That life to be lived at its fullest must have continuity with the ethnic nation state. This is especially true for those just emerging into personhood, just emerging as a generation to create their lives and manifest their destiny through their action. And while there is a personal quality to the artist creating their own lives, we still at this time still have artists who are creating the images, stories and Personae through their art of what it is like to be alive.

Artists are blessed/cursed with the duty/task of creating images that can be shared so that others may blossom and flower into their true nature as persons. At the same time antenna and "radio" have now blossomed, cancered and flowered into countless types of "radio" waves that are transmitted and received. We are bombarded by the nearly un escapable media messages antiwhite meme pathogenic entertainment. That you are able to read this shows that both you and I are connected to the network. There's no point in defending or explaining the all-encompassing nature of this "radio". It is everywhere. And especially with young millennial's it is now rooted in their deepest emotions, beliefs, perspectives and experiences. The defacto hybrid person bio merged with AI.

When Ezra Pound used the word 'race', it was a term that was much more tangible, real and at hand then it is now for many Americans living into 2017. Yet it is still here, it is still very much a part of our experience as Americans in America.

All you have to do is apply for employment, apply for any type of government benefit, the census, basically fill out any type of questionnaire whether for Utility service, apply for a loan, attempt to get financial aid for further schooling, a passport, loans, grants, basically any type of form that you will fill out, race is part of the questions that will be asked. You will be asked to assign yourself a race, usually Black, Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian Native American, label and check the choice. That we live in a society where race and gender are vitally important is it self vitally important. Race is significant because it is significant. Race is identity at a fundamental unavoidable level. That every one is encouraged to use identity politics but one group is critical to understanding what is going on.  Race is significant to the network of GOG specifically on the level of denying you access to your basic truth. After labeling yourself in all these venues you will then be told that while all other races and ethnicities are able to organize for their racial interests, you as a white Caucasian American do not have that right to advocate for your interests. If you haven’t got the message and attempt to peacefully advocate and assemble, you will be labeled a racist and hate group. You will be told that there is no such thing as a white race. If you go through the deep personal journey of finding out who you are and race, white race, enters into the equation you will be labeled undesirable, Nazi, white supremacist racist in their narrative. Like Ezra Pound you will be marginalized and if you are an artist your places to display your art will become very small, very limited and eventually you will enter into a deep question. Should I neutralize and sterilize my art? Should I neutralize the content to make it acceptable for GOG? Abort the process or deepen the journey, becomes the question. The question of suicide and abortion is the overt outcome of the antiwhite program. It is imperative that a visceral gut level you develop a psychological defense to counter your demise and erasure, not as a theory but actual steps and techniques.

If based on the nature of your race you affirm your race as a black American. You will be lauded and rewarded with various benefits. Your racial consciousness itself will be rewarded and affirmed. You will be able to join with other black Americans in your employment. You will be able to describe yourself as a black artist. You will be able to confidently and proclaim and claim your place with other blacks. You will be able to join black associations. You'll be able to be a black medical professional physician, or a black nurse. Or a black whatever it's all OK. You will be able to join a black policeman's Association, you will be able to join with other black Americans as a black political representative, to lobby for your people in a black caucus. You will able be able to freely and publicly proclaim, I am a black American, without any fear of negative consequence.

The same goes for Asian-American, the same goes for Native American, the same goes for Latino or Hispanic American. The same holds true for all the ethnic groups in GOG except for the white race, the race that is no race, the race-less race, the choiceless choice. For all the other races except for white race, within the umbrella of self identification under the rules and regulations of the government you will be able to access benefits and rewards based upon your race. You will be able to join with a Latino University group, you will be able to affirm yourself as a minority business owner with improved access to loans and tax benefits. On and on race is both advocated and rewarded for these particular races. Yet as a white American you will be told you have no race. You will be told you have no right to assert your race. You will be told you have no right to advocate for your people, their causes. You will be told there is no such thing as a white race. You have no causes. You have no race. You have no place. This is going on while at the same time within the intended mono-cultural supremacy of GOG other races are advanced and their agendas supported. You'll nearly always find white anti-whites are the loudest claiming, and shaming those who to attempt to advocate for white wellbeing in the group politik of governance.

What about the majority in America? What about Canada? Europe? Australia?  What about the Caucasian race? What about the self designation of a white American? Here you will run in to difficulty if you advocate for your own white race, your own white people, and your own white interests. What you’ll find is the prius-whites will be the most vocal advocates for denying your right to advocate.
