Father Joseph Terra on Pope Benedict's resignation

Fr Joseph Terra, FSSP spoke Monday February 11, 2013 on the news of Pope Benedict's resignation.

Fr Terra leads a catechism class each Monday evening after 630 PM mass. Fr Terra is with the Fraternal Society of St Peter FSSP, who formed under Pope JohnPaull II, minister to those attached to the Extra-Ordinary Form, the Traditional Latin Mass of 1962. Father Terra is a master tailor and makes holy vestments worn by many traditional Catholic priests. Father Terra explains that Pope Benedict is not the first Pope to resign, and he explains an earlier situation 600 years ago. Fr Terra hopes he will live long enough to see Pope Benedict recognized for his saintly and holy qualities. He believes that Pope Benedict is a Catholic hero whose strength is his honesty and humility.
     The truth is right beside him in the future St Kenneth Walker, soon saint to be. When we live with saints we don't know they are saints, yet they are. The next pope will be an ideologue, and the mass Father Terra loves, the mass of all time, preserved by Saint Marcel Lefebvre, will soon be banned. The novus ordo has no authentic mass. We should pray to the saints like St Lefebvre for the mass of all time.




Of course it is not about the mass it is about the faith. The novus ordo makes out we are playing dress up, like Germans in teepees, Vikings, civil war reenactment, or some kind of marvel comic cosplay. It's not about only the outside, it's also the inside. It's like a perogie dough on the outside, sour kraut cheese and potato inside. Even if the outside and inside are correct, you still need it fried in butter. For the butter you need milk. For the milk you need cows. For the cows you need farms and farmers, land and grass. The mass of all time is about the faith. Our faith is not logos. Logos came from the made flesh part of being alive. Our faith is not latin word cosplay. Faith comes from flesh and blood. Faith is about women with their heads covered in veils. Faith is about the women in long dresses with crying noisy babies at the mass of alltime. Why is faith about pierogies and crying babies? Because faith is not an idea. We are not ideas. We are not concepts. We are not abstractions. People pretend that the Catholic faith could exist without Catholic people. We are people. 




That ideologue Pope will be about defeating us as a people. To defeat us as people, the faith of us as people must be erased. His mission is about breaking the chain of faith that binds us together as a people, the mass of all time. Pope Benedict understood that because he saw in his own German people, in his own Germany, his own German people were erased by the guilt religion of '1945. A people can best be erased when their faith is erased. Symbols are like mirrors. Without a mirror we can not see our reflection and we forget we are here. The latin Tridentine mass is power. When the mass is banned the people who worship Jesus are diminished.
