“It was in the solitude of the fields that I first beheld a vision…
Visited as it were by a sudden illumination of the mind.”, the Polish German shoemaker, Jacob Boehme. (1575-1624)

Here we shall with due diligence via the hand of genius world teacher Wild Herb Ways explore Jacob Boehme and Nicolas Culpeper and for those reading our words know that you have been both called, chosen and predestined to journey this peace pilgrim commune. You are our eyes, you are our ears, you are our hands, you are our feet, you are our voice speaking through the us that we are, re-aligning rebecoming as a people. Nicolas Culpeper was familiar with the ideas of Jacob Boehme and it is through the dual lens eyes of Culpeper and Boehme that we will explore a revelatory practice, Sitting with Plants in relation to foundational bio-regionalism with vitalism unchained. Boehme and Culpeper both lived in Europe with our reflective biospirit formulating herbalism through the genius open palm, in a word accessibility. Boehme 1575-1624 lived in Germany Poland, while Culpeper lived in Great Britain, 1616-1654. Certain premises and world views were held in common between Boehme and Culpeper, their concepts of herbalism and with all the life changing absolute genius writings that are the unber-mann who speaks for us, through us in the process becoming. Western european herbalism has to do with both healing thus well-being maxxing and botanical herbmaxxing. Boehme and Culpeper are in many ways useful today as we together explore healing the body politik. https://youtu.be/SC1e81jV7Lo?si=aV1up1AM_biZn-DO
The will of our people as finance is funnelled conspicuously away from herbalism. There are all sorts of programs, insurance ‘health-care’ rip offs that put pills, injections, vaccines of the chem pharma into people’s hands and they consume into their bodies. Just as there is a free speech no reach mandate in the info-tainment sphere of the regime stateism, there is a similar ‘non serviam’ with regard to herbs and wellness. We will explore briefly these intersections with regard to ancestral healing, herbalism, micro-dosing for Christ and intention and practice of Sitting with Plants in light of the signature. With regard to the signature, Every living form holds in its form an imprint of pattern and our minds through the free-will of God are able by grace to gather the inner essence of the form as to its purpose implanted in primordial time an original primal form still appearing in the form as it is presenting before us as to its purpose and flavour.

“ …I became stuck, starving, found, desperate, at peace, disoriented, standing, falling, found again. The landmarks that I referenced before were gone. I am glad those landmarks are gone. Yet there are still remaining compass points, I will use them. Real landmarks in the landscape, search for water, mountains, rivers. I searched, I was black canyon gurgling San Francisco river, both blue and black rivers. In mind's eye I searched for the osprey nest at the top of ponderosa pine snags along the east fork. There was no east fork, no swoosh of wings. There was water but not the water of the black. I will be content with flowing water for it is through the cold clear water of earth juice that we have the baptism of fore runner John. The salt river crossing lined by brittle bush and creosote, a melody and chorus of iridescent red bursting flowered, leafed out ocotillo where I kept prayers for all those to come with yerba santa there. I was not, I do not pretend they never were. I even in the most ambiguous moments go further, to deer house…yet I stayed here keeping space holding space beneath a gauze veil of blue extending from the heaven to the ungrund, the protective mantle of Mary, she being the advocate mediatrix of all graces to which we daily pray. There was like a small mist of cloud like the hand of a gentle father heralding rain. ” -genius world teacher paul
The Framework: Doctrine of Signatures were understood both by Boehme and Culpeper in similar ways. Doctrine of signatures is a fundamental concept of both western euro herbalism and sitting with plants. Doctrine of signatures in popular medias is frequently glossed over as a caricature. Several features are distorted and dimmed into gotcha sound bites, usually as an idea to be laughed at and through laughter scorned and discarded as antiquated and obviously ineffective in our new, improved, better, best, modern world. Doctrine of signatures has to do with a basic fundamental premise, God has imbued the fallen world with an accessible proto-evangelium of the ultimate perfected form here before us in the specific and particular. It is to this signature that we sit with plants together placing our whole biospirit of one accord together focusing on gathering every thing possible. Just as God promised a noble woman queen Mary, our Advocate the mother of God, mother of the Saviour Jesus Christ Christian, this proto-evangelium is within the creation as Doctrine of Signatures. Somehow though the doctrine of signatures has been severely reduced to a kind of ‘looks like’ doctrine. So for instance red root is red so red root is a blood herb because blood is red, the heart pumps blood so red root is a heart herb. Or walnuts opened from the shell, look like brains so walnuts are brain medicine and are a cure for Alzheimer dementia. The ‘looks like’ then it is good for ‘______’, fill in the blank idea, is actually part of the doctrine of signatures idea. Yet it is a stripped down version that does not capture the premise of intelligent mutually supported life happening IRL, happening all around us within real time. The plant before us is alive and we too are alive.
So i may ask, and I do indeed ask you to ask yourself with me as us together to ask yourself. ‘Are you alive or dead?’, ‘What makes you alive?’, ‘How are you being alive different from you being dead?’. Since you are alive, ‘What makes you, most alive?’, “Are there degrees of being alive?’, ‘How can you become most alive?’, ‘Would it be better or worse for you to be more alive, or less alive?’. Now that you have used a lot of energy and time asking these questions in your daily life focusing your entire attention on what it means to be alive, do you see and understand that these questions are the most important of questions and are all centered and focused on free-will and choice for us to be as a people? These are team questions. These are team life questions from the tips of your toes to the tip of your nose. These are inescapable questions. These are free-will positional questions that you are in a sense forced to answer because they are answering you through moment to moment answers that through time create the what is you character.
In short for both Boehme and Culpeper being alive, alive-maxxing was a fundamental thing with doctrine of signatures, their herbalism and treating suffering as applying a remedy, effecting a cure for dis-ease. We can reformulate that as compassion and love, charity. We love our neighbor because they, although not completely truly known to us, are completely truly known to God. Our neighbor may be to us a terrible worthless scoundrel yet God sustains them and keeps them. That is the bargain we have subscribed to since Hippocrates within herbalism. Here not only for sale but also for love. https://youtu.be/c1izaN9vo2c?si=OdtIUCvDPkOfEd8O
The basic frame work idea of doctrine of signatures is operant meaningfulness as positive intention vs random framework of meaninglessness as despair. Furthermore within this fundamental framework there is an additional teaching, the web that has no weaver. Here I point out a convergence between a God centered Christ-verse, universe multi-verse and the web that has no weaver meets and converges in wellbeing. According to Köhne, Jason. (Go Free: A Guide to Aligning with the Archetype of Westernkind, CreateSpace, 2019), all cultural artifacts are downstream from the biospirit package which must encase consciousness. There is additional convergence in well-being. Our well-being, meaning our specific well-being, being a particular kind of good virtuous life comes first as a priority in a hierarchy of well-being needs.

The basic framework concept of the Doctrine of Signatures is that “operational architecture” is viewed as a positive intention, and that “meaningless random architecture” is a desperate situation. In addition, there is another layer of doctrine within this basic framework, namely, the “network of no weavers”. Here, I point to a convergence: the God-centered Christ-verse, the multiverse, and the “net of no weavers” that intersect and merge in the concept of “well-being.” According to Jason Köhne (see his book, Towards Freedom: Guidelines to Maintain Western Prototyping, CreateSpace, 2019), all cultural products originate from the biospirit package – a complex that necessarily encapsulates consciousness. This convergence is also reflected in the “wellbeing” dimension. Our well-being – that is, the kind of well-being we refer to, a good and virtuous life – is placed first in the hierarchy of welfare needs.
The Web That Has No Weaver: Everything has two sides: the side of the shadowy cloudy shady cool north; and the side bright sunny warm south. Therefore, time can be divided into day and night, space can be divided into heaven and earth, seasons can be divided into static period (autumn and winter) and active period (spring and summer), species can be divided into female and male, temperature can be divided into cold and hot, weight can be divided into light and heavy, and so on. Inner, outer, lower and upper, passive and active, virtual and realistic, are in the category of two sides: the side of the shadowy cloudy shady cool north; and the side bright sunny warm south.. Though opposite, these attributes together describe the relative orientation of the same phenomenon. The properties of the dark and light are interdependent and interrelated. Any side of the shade or sun can be further divided into dark darker and light brightest. This means that in every category of shadowy dark and bright sunlight, you can also subdivide the shadow and sun, two sides: the side of the shadowy cloudy shady cool north; and the side bright sunny warm south. This is an extension of logic—that is, to divide everything into cooler shadow and warmer sunlight, and then to make infinite subdivisions on that basis. For example, the temperature can be divided into winter sun and sweltering summer heat ; and "cold" can be further subdivided into cold icy dark frozen and cold with ice melting in daylight. In the human body, the front side of the torso is "shade" relative to the rear; if further subdivision, the abdomen relative to the chest is also "shade". In negative evidence characterized by "cold" may contain certain "yang" factors, such as vigorous and strong contraction; and in positive evidence characterized by "heat" and hyperthyroidism, weakness and weight loss may also be signs of "shade". Dark and light mutually influencing each other. Shadow and full sunlight can be distinguished, but not separated from each other; the two are defined by each other, working together and are indispensable. Without the dark shadow and bright light properties, those things that are divided into dark and light cannot be defined. For example, if you are out side of the “cold” and “hot” of the heat, you cannot talk about temperature; similarly, you cannot talk about height without “high” and “short”. These opposites are interdependent and define each other. Darkness and light are constraining each other. If the sun is overflowing, the sun will decline; and vice versa. If the temperature is not too cold ... it is not hot, the cold and heat poles can limit each other and balance each other.”
“Yin and Yang mutually create each other. Although Yin and Yang can be distinguished, they cannot be separated. They depend on each other for definition. And the things in which Yin and Yang are distinguished could not be defined without the existence of Yin and Yang qualities. For instance, one cannot speak of temperature apart from its Yin and Yang aspects, cold and heat. Similarly, one could not speak of height unless there were both tallness and shortness. Such opposite aspects depend on and define each other.
Yin and Yang control each other. If Yin is excessive, then Yang will be too weak, and vice versa. If the temperature is neither too cold nor too hot, then both cold and hot aspects are mutually controlled and held in check. Lao Tzu alludes to this concept when he says: He who stands on tiptoe is not steady. He who strides forward does not go. He who shows himself is not luminous. He who justifies himself is not prominent. He who boasts of himself is not given credit. He who brags does not endure for long.
Yin and Yang transform into each other. This principle is a formula for the nature of organic process. It suggests two types of transformations: changes that occur harmoniously, in the normal course of events.
Lao Tzu describes the transformation process poetically: In order to contract, It is necessary first to expand In order to weaken, It is necessary first to strengthen. In order to destroy, It is necessary first to promote. In order to grasp, It is necessary first to give.”
Yin and Yang quotes from -Kaptchuk, Ted J. The Web That Has No Weaver: Understanding Chinese Medicine. Contemporary Books, 2000.
This past Sunday being the 21st Sunday after Pentecost in the mass of all time of St Marcel Lefebvre, Father Gonzalez preached as all Catholic traditional priests do, preached on a reading from Saint Paul to the Ephesians 6:10-17. These same words were read and meditated upon by Boehme and Culpeper in this same form in their time so we have a kind of timelessness going on because my ears heard the same words.
….“Brethren, Be strengthened in the Lord, and in the might of His power. Put you on the armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the deceits of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers, against the rulers of the world of this darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places. Therefore, take unto you the armor of God, that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and to stand in all things perfect. Stand therefore having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of justice, and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; in all things taking the shield of faith, wherewith you may be able to extinguish all the fiery darts of the most wicked one. And take unto you the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.” Paul to the Ephesians 6:10-17.
So what did this passage of scripture that informed Genius World Teacher, Boehme and Culpeper mean in terms of doctrine of signatures? Can we break this down, decode and give the teisho? Wild Herb Ways: Well yes we can and will. The basic premise is that the ground of meaningfulness is the creation world city of God impregnated with meaning as the word which makes possible the doctrine of signatures. Here we are directed to experience the indwelling Holy Ghost. Indwelling Holy Ghost where? We are directed to experience the indwelling Holy Ghost in both ourselves, others and the living world around us. Here there is no room for lifeless dead matter as opposed to spirit. The word for Jacob Boehme, and here from now on I will call them Boeme-peper, which illuminated is a sola scriptura. The scriptura is the book of life, the book of days as ecosystem and bioregion of person, plant and place. The basic premise of western euro herbalism is the helmet of salvation as a kind of sword of the Holy Ghost contained in a word. Word being logos. Logos being Jesus Christ Christian the redeemer who mediates bridges impossibilities. Christ being light makes the impossible possible by mediating the fundamental tension between light and darkness. Logos being the Christ as the ground of being in place existing for us as mountains, hills, rivers, creeks, seas and the biome of plants living there in bioregion community. Christ as the logos came into being for us through the mediatrix of all graces Mary the mother of God, who is Sophia, wisdom in the sense of ability to do. So we have a protection for our peace pilgrim activity in wild herb ways building this commune. Within this divine cultural mandate to wellbeingmaxx. Here we are wrestling in a struggle, “against the deceits of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers, against the rulers of the world of this darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places within a quest for wellbeing for our people.

Our intention for this sitting with plants cycle is ‘______’, (please fill in the blank. Hug the person in front of you, who is a two legged human being. Hug the person in front of you, who is a ponderosa pine perpendicular person. Hug the person in front of you, who is a shawl of blue from the earth to the sky. Hug the person in front of you, who is a rock and stone person, rooted in the ground screaming silently ‘I love you’. All these persons saying, “I need you. I want you. I have to have you in my life.”
The ‘positive intention wellbeing practice’ within wild herb ways is our practice of sitting with plants. Within this practice we are being ourselves without blemish. It’s an experience of giving thanks and sending out loving kindness as blessing and positive regard.
“Prayer is a powerful tool that connects us to the source of all power and wisdom. In times of doubt, prayer can bring clarity. In moments of weakness it can provide inner strength. It's a way to express gratitude for the blessings in our life and seek guidance during challenges.
Through prayer, we acknowledge our connection to something bigger than ourselves. It's a reminder that we're not alone on this journey, and there's hope even in the darkest moments.
So let us not underestimate the power of prayer. It's not just words, as a conversation with the divine. It's a way to align our hearts and minds with positivity and purpose. Take a moment to pray today, and you'll find the motivation and peace you seek.

Sitting with plants is engaging with the entire richness of the terrain as bioregional persons who just happen to be deeply centered as bioregional herbalists studying every and any thing that notch up the wellbeing quotient. We are healing self and we are healing others in everything we do together, non-profit, non-violent, conscientious objectors refusing to serve in the war perc merch stuff give away. We know the give away is a take away.
Then we take it back a step. Let’s take it back a step. Let’s roll away the tomb stone. Let’s be reborn. Sitting with plants is really only just sitting on the ground. We are a group of friends going to a place, being quiet together and noting everything going on. Then we share and talk about it in a ritualized, stylized formal way, where each person talks one at a time, still noting and listening, this time to what the person is saying. Our speaking is a listening and our listening is a speaking. We are collaborators. Monologues just aren’t our thing. We are being in one specific place, at one specific time, in a single specific way. We are focusing attention on what is going on completely seeing, hearing, touching, tasting, thinking, considering. We are not getting sucked into the solipsism of years old personal trauma. We are not re-hashing past lives, past events, past hopes, past losses or past gains. We are here now together. The process of becoming conscious and aware of being and becoming persons in place, within a viable small group format, is ‘the real work’. The real work is to become intimately familiar with the land as our place. Thus sitting together in this way is ecology, eco-household, -ology-study, earth household study. We are coming home by creating the diligent work of making a home for this shared all things in common, of one accord situation we have decided to enter. We have made a conscious choice to and through free-will to be fully present here. We are being the best version of who we can be together within this bioregion. We don’t have expert guru prophet over lords here. If someone needs to monopolize the situation with a monologue please move on to where you can best do that type of thing, but not here. Religious experience in this context is meaningfulness that empowers us as a people with conviction.
Maybe and probably we may need a new word for what is going on. The foundation of religious experience according to the us of our experience came first not through letters or book based religion or indoor temples. But came through the solutrean, 5% DNA European person in the place within the paleolithic era in the process of hunting. The long hours required to secure a successful hunt of game animals using the atlatal, the bow, the spear, and small group co-operative ventures required a skill set that was primarily attention, sensitivity and successful execution. The evidence for this is you, me, you us together being above ground. We did it and if anyone of us hadn’t done it we wouldn’t be here. That is what we are summoning and calling into being here, primarily attention, sensitivity and successful execution. We are doing awareness. https://youtu.be/V6N39BAukGc?si=zbI_cMGUdBweEJfp
The hunter was required to sit motionless taking in the whole terrain and thus enter into an experience of completely being part of the place. You could say, the hunter was the experience, like the swoop of a red hawk and the rabbit frozen. Taking in the whole terrain meant both then and now, entering into an inner experience of inner becoming outer and outer becoming inner creating a spontaneous reverence for the fundamental exchange that occurs within all life form system loops in order to continue living. That exchange is the life-and-death loop as a circular loop like autumn summer becoming winter in this our beloved northern hemisphere. Life requires death and death requires life, they are complimentary sides of the same coin. Action outward movement requires inward restful movement. And within that exchange of life-and-death, the hunter becomes fundamentally thankful for the animal person community that has given their lives time and time again for the hunters life community to continue. The hunter is a political representative for his two-legged people, and the animal he kills is likewise a representative for his four-legged people. In order for one life to continue another life must end. So a person can live become, another life form must end. A fundamental exchange that occurs in all life forms as giving and taking, is experienced emotionally within the heart as warm, blessed thankfulness. I believe it is accurate to say, the essence of thankfulness that occurs is often within a context of a web that has no weaver perspective. So that the person is thankful not so much to a creator God, absent from creation but thankful to the actual place. Thankful to the ancestors, thankful as an ancestral memory of being on some kind of an equal footing with all life forms taking place within a human dimension of a week or two days journey on foot. For me though personally, thankfulness to the creator, thankfulness from the biospirit core. Thankfulness within a mutually cognizant aware ecosystem within a specific bioregion of place giving and taking as thankfulness. The religious attitude of thankfulness to the web without a weaver ecosystem within a bioregion of place required immersion into the envelope of unfolding thankfulness.
In order to survive, we must sex successfully and engage in the protein perk sustenance loop, the hunter had to consistently enter into a quasi religious experience of silently participating in the bioregion of place in the hunt. Participation in the hunt is participating in the love terrain of continued further existence of meeting life forms.
Sitting with plants is a similar bioregional practice as hunting. In both sitting with plants and hunting we are entering the temple of the whole terrain. In sitting with plants the small group mixes a journey to encounter plants growing in their relatively wild natural state, and the focus of being a small group meeting the bioregion as lover and friend. One meets the terrain lovingly because sacred land sacred sex is the group’s entrance fee requirement. The price for love is love paid in the legal tender of friendship love sacrament. Then this love requirement entrance fee, becomes sitting in a circle with a specific plant, often taking a tea or tincture of the plant or engaging in an organoleptic experience dance of tasting, touching, emotive feeling, smelling the plant. The group then launches into a silent group space, together with the plant, then goes deeper into a silent meditative mode, merging plant, person and place as discovery tool with the intention of encountering the plant from an experiential level within the ecosystem as both plant, person and place individual group participant. mindset + environment + intention

My Intention for This Sitting with Plants Cycle
Our intention for this sitting with plants cycle
Sitting with plants as a group (or solo practice)
Our mindset + our environment + our intention.
Why are we doing this? Why are we we-ing this? Where are we doing, we-ing this? What are we doing, we-ing this? What is our Intention for This Sitting with Plants Cycle?
We are not trying to do anything, or place something on top of something else because we are already here. It is important to realize that we are in the right place. At the right time, doing the right thing in the right way. Our sitting with plants is becoming open to all the phenomena of the wild Herb ways plants growing in their natural place. We have to tune in to the complex relationship of the plant growing in the soil, reaching up into the sky, extracting through the sun. And the process of photosynthesis, all it's necessary in the becoming we are witnessing as active participants. The nutrients of the wet moist living earth as extracted minerals are sucked like through a straw from the roots. Pulled upward towards the sky by stem. Pulled further into the green of leaf. The process of plant respiration, breathing in and out, inhale exhale we synchronize with our own in out breathing. What occurs within the leaves and what is occurring within our own bodies, we have to tune into the all of it. Quietly without any forceful heavy handedness we ask, Where is the plant is growing? We ask this question by looking around at precisely where is the plant growing. Is it on the north side of a Canyon? The moist side? Is it growing, holding space on the dry side of a canyon? Southern side? Is it in shade? Is the plant within a sheltered ledge? Is it in growing in full bright sun? Is it in a dappled sun forest as an understory plant? Is it at the edge of a Meadow in the interface between sun and shadow? We have to grasp the entire situation through time by being fully present, as fully present as we actually can at this time. So we ask, ‘What time is it?’ Where are we? Where am I? We answer sometimes, I am here. The time is now. We use this as a tool to be looking around where we are. We use this ‘here now’ tool to bring us back to where we are, when we are doing it and why we are doing it. We also have to ask, why was this not the conversation within our sacred books? Why have these questions been sort of deprived from us in our spiritual traditions? Why are these stunning multi-purpose rooms, these giant brilliant cathedrals with stained glass windows, so one dimensional and rarely even used? For many these elaborate church structures are no longer entered. Why are these churches empty and dying institutions? Why has there been this stress on separation and focus on middle eastern places when that is not where we are or even where most of us have ever even been? So we are making a pilgrimage to here and now to where we are in a specific ecosystem of open air, flowing water. Some of it had to do with a hierarchy of needs to have a safe, comfortable indoor place, a steady church building to come to on a regular basis like a restaurant or dining hall. Even in their own times Boehme-peper were both banned from even entering the religious temples of their time. So for most of us to sit with plants we have to more or less leave behind our own traditions meant and designed to nourish well-being or enter them clandestinely. So we have to ask can we do sitting with plants around or within our churches?
The present time, of course, is fundamentally important. Yet we have to come back to the plant to the same ecosystem to the same bioregion, to the same Canyon, to the same place and see the plant in winter, in springtime, in summer, in fall, in good conditions of moisture, adequate precipitation, and in drought. We have to see all of the plant in its fullness through time. This is the process of sitting with plants. In this way, nothing can be neglected and nothing is wasted. We must put every ounce of our strength into learning about this ponderosa pine standing, demonstrating beauty in its primal form, directly, fully in front of us. So we duplicate, demonstrate and celebrate this ‘ah ha’ moment of being fully and completely alive. Through the process of sitting with plants, we perfect our own vital force. We accumulate and store, accumulate vital force. We are gaining knowledge and information about the plant. We are also gaining knowledge and information about ourselves. As a people, together with the plant in the place in the specific time of us being together as peace pilgrims, as nonviolent peace pilgrims, sharing our insights together with one another as part of the process. Simply through the process of sitting with the plant and the essence of the group practice is that we share our insights of what we have found regarding the plant that we are sitting with. We must also research what other writers have written about the plant and learn from every angle. Everything we can, including the pharmacological chemical plant constituents, the whole process of this is coming together in the peace pilgrim, commune of wild herb ways.
“the Ponderosa pine had a meeting and said sing, sing for us today”
-Paul

So we have come today to ponderosa pine forest city. We are going to meet with the giant perpendicular standing rooted tree people. Even before we begin most of us have already put our arms around the tree. After all at the center of our core we are tree lovers, tree huggers. This is what tree huggers always do, they who are we, us, frequently find ourselves hugging trees. So we spontaneously hug the tree and taste the golden vanilla scent these trees ooze with delight. Many probably all of us hear the voice of Autumnalíà Equinox. We live in the Harvest Time Teachings given to the World Teacher Wild Herb Ways. I could see of few of you were spun and twisted higher and higher above the tallest ancestral ponderosa pine trees through to wet moist clouds. Did you see as I did see lightning flash from cloud to cloud, from cloud to the mountain ridge. It was truly exciting when we, us of one accord the true witness said with one voice, "Autumnalíà Equinox, please take me higher, so my people may live.” https://youtu.be/xooAA5_WTOQ?si=eAO7aVeujX0NnwlA

I am the voice of your people living inside you and a source of strength for the days, weeks and years to come. I am the voice your brothers and sisters find more and more difficult to hear in the panopticon electric. So be for and hold space for those who can no longer feel our divine presence because their free-will goes elsewhere. Be living lighthouses and watchtowers. ”
Let’s start out with a silent walk through the forest. I know many of you were with me, one heart, one mind, one singular biospirit at the Mountain Milky River Experience. So I ask, ‘Are you experienced?’ “What follows are the insight practices of genius teaching Milky River Mountain, through them for us to become as a people. Milky River Mountain insight practice is learning ‘great blue heron as the Holy Ghost spirits of God under a blue shawl blanket filled with at times billowy clouds. Knowing the violin and guitar are drums. Our voice is becoming rain along milky river. Our eyes are now stellar Jay seen flickering through the ponderosa pine branches, leaving trails of glittery turquoise light from pine to fir, to round green populus tremuloides leaves shaking waving in the breeze. We have fully become Emma and Merle. We are grazing grass, on a bench above ‘great blue heron, along milky river’, at Mountain River. Whatever are the insight practices are voiced through us together as one central faith insight practice.Through many tangled intertwined branches like the hops bine clinging, we are climbing. Our climbing is called ‘positive intention wellbeing practice’. It was here that Emma and Merle, they and their band were last seen frolicking, camped on the tilted uplifted meadows of autumn grass, neath golden turned quaking aspen and ponderosa pine. The falling cones, came clunk, clunk dropping from from highest branches. We saw heard and felt the presence of nearby solutrean squirrels who like the aralia dripped down in the last ice age along this spine the great divide of turtle island America.” https://pgmae arenski.blogspot.com/2026/10/milky-river-mountain-experience-2026.html
We see together within this shared love commune the bundles of 3 green needles. We see the pine cones that the squirrels have dropped from the tops of the trees to store for their winter hibernation. We spend most of our midday sesshine doing qi gong exercises. So we can better more intuitively deeply sense the ponderosa roots deeply penetrating and clinging to the wet moisture earth. We sense the sky above us in the root action pushing vital fluid tree sap into the crown. Our own bodies do the same following the microcosmic orbit. The tree is pulling the sky into the earth through its roots. We have been in the forest through the springtime, when the lightning comes and the bears awaken and squirrels awaken. We could just as easily say, “When the snow melts, the bears awaken the thunder” or, “When the thunder awakens the bears, the bears melt the snow.”, or “The squirrels bring the thunder.” or, “The squirrels melt the snow.”, all of these statements are equally true. When the snow melts. We bring the rain by being ourselves moist, wet and supple. Nothing can be left behind. Our spiritual life is the biospirit. Our spiritual life is within the bioregion of place, of watersheds, of rivers and mountains, of earth and sky. That is why I say a direct transmission face-to-face Beyond the scriptures of letters and books. They have kept the remedios of wildherbways healing plants in divers way through to this present day, all to bring souls to Christ in these times as in the past and into the future……
From:Cut from mountain mint

Organoleptic Testing:
Organoleptic is basically a technique for getting knowledge about plants, semi-familiar plants, by looking, smelling, touching, tasting. Note it doesn’t work on plants like poison ivy or poison oak. I had found an obvious mint family plant, growing in a meadow, one that I had never seen before. “It's foliage is stiff to touch, oily, minty spicy aromatic. Its quality is warming, spicy hot tasting, minty, like other spicy, minty, highly aromatic herbs of the mint family.”, this is an example of basically tasting a somewhat familiar plant. The strong scent of mint, square stem, opposite leaves all indicated a mint plant.
‘somewhat familiar’, meaning you’ve spent time in the field, can identify close to what the plant is as far as a preliminary identification of the plant. So we are not talking about randomly, indiscriminately, putting large amounts of an unknown plant, from an unfamiliar location, into our mouth. You have made an educated guess based on other educated guesses you have made. In other words, organoleptic testing is an informed decision based upon an already acquired data base you have previously acquired by working with specific plants, in a specific way, in a specific area you are already familiar with. Organoleptic testing is not a blind leap of faith. https://youtu.be/B89EXbGpuks?si=MgMwY33YT6wXRAMh
We have previously studied the area, the plants and over time have a confirmed, reconciled understanding of the particular plant directly in front of our face. Then we make an informed decision to go further, to gain this knowledge of the individual plant by organoleptic testing. We experience the plant directly by sense input. From this input we can frequently get an idea of the plant identity, and this can lead to understanding what the plant does in the body. Of course organoleptic is only part of learning the plant. A plant has leaf characteristics that can best be described by the specific botanical term, through a specific unique language developed within our western cultural tradition. As herbalists we embrace the western european botanical science. We learn and use the specialized language not because we are into one upmanship, but because within that language is generational knowledge. Knowledge that can help us communicate our insights with others. Likewise we embrace a scientific specific binomial, first and last, genus and species name. Pycnanthemum verticillatum. This name and system of categorizing plants, organizing plants is another aspect of western european culture and heritage. If you’ve ever heard a person say, “It’s a sage.”, “It’s a mint.”, that really means little, almost nothing. Sage brush is Artemisia tridentata, a wormwood, or mugworst of the Asteraceae family. There is a plant called ‘sage’, in the lamiaceae family. If you are going to communicate your work with plants to other people then language is involved. If you are going to work with plants outside of woo woo, pot head, ayahuasca, solipsism, that has taken over so much of herbalism, then you need to use the scientific western names of the plant. ‘sage’, or ‘mint’, is not enough. Western Herbalism as an aspect of our western civilization is in a struggle, within a greater struggle to survive, to resist erasure. You are part of that struggle to preserve, maintain the local herbal body of knowledge that remains against the dominant culture’s big pharma, phamakea regime. You are a foot soldier on the ground fighting for the last vestige of hope against european erasure. You need to be impeccable because at every step you will be judged and penalized for mistakes.
Organoleptic comes from the french, organoleptique, -organo meaning 'organs of the body', thus the senses and -leptique from the greek leptiqos, disposed to take. So through the organs of sense we take in information about the plant directly in front of us. So using all your senses including tongue, nose, touch sensorial input, and the gestalt of biosense, the whole terrain and lay of the land, we can frequently learn something about the plant. Not only tasting the herb, but seeing the patterns in the landscape. Probably being alone with the plant where it grows. Then taking this style of knowledge which is non-verbal and letting it do its own thing developing connections as it goes. Spending time in the bio-environment of whorled mountain mint. Organoleptic perception allows me to get a sense of the herbal nature of the plant and what that herb does in our body. So you get a sense of how the herb lends itself to certain actions within the body.

Reconciliation is the next step of the process. The idea of a private do-it-yourself herbalism is garbage baggage that we as us are not committed to carrying at this time. We are becoming a people with this micro-dosing practice opening up windows and doors to the plant world around us, knowing and understanding the signature is there open hand. Always, ‘at this time’. You are doing this work for your people. So your people who are actively being erased within the regime can survive into the future. You get a sense of the plant within the landscape, you co-inhabit that same landscape. This is your blood and soil. As long as you live, move and breathe you must fight to retake the destiny of your people. Part of that destiny is the western herbal tradition of using native, local plants to heal our people. It is about passing that information about plant medicine onto the next generation of westernkind. It is about loving your people and sacrificing for them so this knowledge is kept alive.
Reconciliation, then, is actively sharing your insights, comparing, contrasting, continuously critiquing your experience. Then you do your best to reconcile what you've got directly from that personal experience, with what others have understood about the plant as herb use for various conditions, complaints, and concerns. You want to rule out the random anomaly. Are most whorled mountain mints like the ones I saw? Ideally you want a direct face to face confirmation from another person who has used, gathered and done stuff with the herb, an herbalist. That interaction, face to face, direct, is both social and culture. The essence of culture is a face to face transaction, friendship based upon survival of our unique geno type. Then you want to confirm, deny or expand on that confirmation from a written source, meaning further reconciliation. Each one of those steps, organoleptic, person to plant, person to person, academic book based confirmation, each herbal step is essential. Unfortunately those different steps can be difficult, and made more difficult by the social situation. It's easy to become discouraged within the learning process because in certain circles, herbalism itself is undermined and devalued. You don't want to get into a purity spiral based on the personality of the herbalist. Within purity spiral herbalism the question becomes the emphasis on charisma and personality of the herbalist. This wellbeing collective is about our people, our place, our plants in a context of becoming a people within western herbal medicine….

Paracelsus regards hypericon-androsaemon as a plant associated with light and as therefore possessing potent ingredients for dispelling the forces of darkness: "The straikes in the leaves like veines, shew us, that this herb drives away from a man Ghosts and night spirits, and spirits begot by imagination, whether they be within a man or without; and these phantastick Spirits, which are begot by Phansie, do beget Ghosts, so that a man shall see spirits, visions, and hear such phansies. . . . And for this disease there are no more remedies known that are created by God, but only Coral and St. Johns wort. ... As the sun-beam pierceth through

One of the ways is to light a fire circle at your home and ask Father God and his son to bless and aid our people in becoming once again a people.
We are coming together to ask Father to help our people. Hail Father protector of us as a people. Help us to destroy the serpent that seeks to hurt our people.
Close the circle by greeting the 4 compass cardinals clock wise by singing Heil Austri, ˈsuðre, ˈwestre, ˈnorðre, ˈThe one in the east, south, west and north make this ve holy, banish all evil, destroy all that do evil to our folk. Draw a circle and draw four Holy ones on the cardinal points surrounding the fire circle. This can be done with charcoal, or with lime or sand, anything you have handy. Offer a drink horn or glass/ Here a note, I personally prefer not to focus use of alcoholic beverages in ceremony as many of our people have been sabotaged and compromised through the alcoholic industry.Alcohol is for most an addictive substance, it is afterall a sugar and it triggers within the body a kind of food craving. Generations of our people have suffered the teratogenic effects of alcohol in the womb of their mothers, along with tobacco, marijuana, stimulants and pharmaceutical weapons meant to diminish the biospiritual potential of our people. Alcohol is a teratogenic substance. I prefer to use a home made non-alcoholic drink called an oxymel made from honey and apple cider vinegar to which are added wild harvested herbs such as wild bergamot monarda, yarrow, artemisia, Hypericum St Johns wort, juniper berries, fresh hops, or pedicularis. Yet each to his or her own. There is room for home brewed meads, wines and fruits of the field that are prepared within our cultural tradition yet we must always be aware that we are not the same carbon copies, the same and some are negatively triggered by and through alcohol use. May God bless your work in becoming us.

HAIL OUR Father Protector of Our People
From: https://pgmanski.blogspot.com/2023/10/i-stand-with-green.html
“The one central principle that guides is that for every health problem there are vitalist approaches often including herbal remedio plants from the local bioregion within our materia medica to address health challenges. Remedios or plant based herbs are one aspect of health sovereignty being essential in a local community herbalism best served through networks of co-ops, open communication and education in a grass roots folk herbalism approach. A remedio as a term, is a spanish word for an herbal remedy within the folk tradition of the southwest. A remedio is often a plant, and refers to a remedy/solution for a particular health challenge. Although a remedio could be strictly described as a plant, another aspect of the remedio is direct shared involvement and the associations connected with the plant. All the life forces of our sister plants that call us into relationship are fundamental.

In visualizing a remedio we see a living growing herb. The herb consists of the visible parts growing above ground and the hidden underground portions of the plant. These two aspects, roots located below in the earth and leaves and stems above in the sky, air and light, are the two basic principle process of the plant. The roots of the remedio are located hidden below in the earth, taking part in all rooty things below ground, cool moist water, metal or mineral. The remedio begins with the dancing singing intake uptake that is roots underground, roots in the cool dark, rising ascending, spreading side to side energy of creation at springun. Roots sustaining at the summer solstice sending the energy upward as leaf, pollen, seed and fruit forward. Then the shift of the wheel where the energy of remedio comes down from the branches and leaves and reenters into the roots bringing on the autumnal equinox into all hallows. A remedio with leaves and branches waving in the air swimming in light, fiery air light of sun, moistness of water, taking part in all the elements. So the plant remedio cycles upward and downward cyclical with the season, like an in out breath. Remedios as plants are like us living things. Plants although vibrant living viriditas of the green flame are different life forms than us because remedios as plants have the root element, the thready woody stem of the plant below theearth which holds and sustains. We do not have woody stem roots anchoring us as plants have roots, yet we have analogous systems that function in similar ways inputs and intake, gathering in. Our root portion is the digestive system and social, cultural, family, neighborhood elements as tribe community. We tend to walk and move positioning ourselves in space to meet our needs. We travel through space by moving our bodies, waving our hands, speaking, doing things to meet our needs. Plants are relatively rooted with woody stems in the ground, they tend to stay put. Plants are able to meet their needs by staying rooted in place, sending pollen, thousands of seeds, by rhizomes and rootlet runners, by scent and chemical markers. The movement of remedios plants is part of what can be called the medicine of remedios. Plants rooted staying put-ness means they manifest their force in the world differently than we do. Looking at the extensive creosote scrub, horizon to horizon yellow corn pollen stars, I stand with the green, in all directions, may all be well, blessings always, with the green of gobernadora in the black rock basin, the cedar juniper woodlands, the ponderosa pine forest, or stands of aspen repopulating a burn 12 years after a burn with their visible leaves changing from green to golden leaves coming in at all hallows, after the first frost and dusting of snow, the same solar wheel cycle that sweetens the rose hips growing near by. So inhabiting a space, exploring a space, occupying and dominating a space, is not only a hairy talking mammalian affair. Plants also cooperate together in a space with mixed species plant communities living in a space.
Remedios are nourished by earth, wind, fire, metal and water, producing wood principle, a based wood plant herbal vital substance we call medicine meant to nourish the vital spark, because as a living being it has within it the vital spark, to nourish and often direct or encourage the biospirit. As a preface, this medicine of plants often combined with various individual members of the materia medica is what I tend to understand directly, in the same way as a direct face to face transmission, outside of the formalized tradition but not necessarily opposed to the perhaps existing formalized tradition, rather the formal tradition began from holding the single flower, eating the fruit from the tree, and so the existing formal tradition can be enriched by the transmission heart to heart outside the formal tradition. Many of you are familiar with the idea of holding a flower, maybe the yellow five petaled La Gobernadora Larrea tridentata flower with the sharp biting scent of gentle desert rain, as a spatial bioregion kinsman redeemer journey on the earth, and the all mother feminine. The teachings are for me rooted in the materia medica of specific plants, growing in specific places. A key point is specific, a specific place, specific in the sense of where it is located and found. Not only is the plant, person and place specific, the belief system to empower its use within our materia medica is multi-polar which a priori rules out continual reference to a single reference point whether religious, scientific, medicinal, historical or spatial. Thus we are speaking of fundamentally a personal relationship with the plant as a living being growing in a particular place, best described as a folk herbalism. We self identify as more than an accidental assemblage of random events. We endorse meaning and value to our own lives, the lives of our family and community and likewise meaning to the plant remedios. What kind of meaning? What kind of value? The place where we live in itself has meaning. The people in our lives in themselves have meaning. Likewise the plants or remedios in themselves have meaning. In essence they have numinous value in the sense of protected religious rights that can not be arbitrarily capricious abrogated by whim, in the sense of sovereignty. The meaning although having economic value is not only a price tag value. The meaning is intrinsic to itself apart from any economic value

Why are we doing this? Why are we we-ing this? Where are we doing, we-ing this? What are we doing, we-ing this?

Let’s totally “Invigorate the race of our kinsmen and kinswomen." Let’s time and time again find the way forward for our western people sitting with these giant world teachers, through the place loving the insight shared within 32,000 year old Diamond Rock, who became once again as before, married to us in revelation and holding this sweet strong lemon vanilla cookie space from saguaro to ponderosa pine. The Tortoise Queen Autumnalíà Equinox, of Turtle Island, recites a wedding song, of us as a people for the genius teachings, Recorded 21 September 2026, at River Mountain, heard and witnessed by the genius world teachers, live on Turtle Island. all rights reserved, copyright 2026.
Thus spoke Autumnalìá Equinox. : “I am Autumnalìá, you and many like you and all those sitting with plants, are to be watchtower messenger friends do not be afraid. You are not alone and those who know and love me will recognize each other by sitting within these forests. Know that this task of blessing petitioning through one voice for the health of the conifer forests on the west of Turtle Island. By living together pooling all your resources you support your women bearing large families. By becoming together living simply plainly, as conscientious objectors take the peace pilgrim oath and pledge. Peacefully in the forest is a primordial voice calling many to love one another and live sharing all things in common. Fear not, for I am with you. I Autumnalìá Equinox have appeared many times and in many places whenever the forces of selfish individualism gain strength, and erasure gains strength, I have come to restore order, sobriety, honour, justice and duty. I am the spirit of hearth, family, person, plant and place, of surroundings. I always teach loyalty to the air, trees, water and animals.

The English called Wahunsonacock Powaton, and it is passed to us two precepts he spoke and lived by, : " The reason I rank higher than others is that I hold to a higher standard than others. So I keep my head higher than others and rank higher," and "There are two types of people superior and inferior, he who puts other people in a vulnerable position, without altering his own stance, ranks higher."

Johns wort. ... As the sun-beam pierceth through
glasse; so this vertue pierceth through the Spirits of men and
beasts. . .”

The meaning is intrinsic to itself apart from any economic valueReferences:
